Hotel was lovely with great restaurant and amazing staff.

If you are bothered by mosquitos this hotel had them in abundance, I had many bites and my husband who never gets bitten was at this hotel. The staff cleaning the rooms leave the balcony doors open while in there cleaning and also put the throw off the bed on the balcony and leave it outside while they are there, this should be stopped as guests who are bitten by mosquitos will continue to have problems.

The room was lovely and dinner at the restaurant was delicious. Breakfast was also abundant and delicious. The nearby beach am was astoundingly beautiful. Approx 20-30 min bus drive from Ravenna, which has beautiful mosaics.

We were in attic room and the placement of the beds meant we hit our heads repeatedly (I am 5’4”). After the second time we pulled the beds far away from the wall and managed to avoid the ceiling. It was a large room so it wasn’t crowded even with beds pulled away from wall.

Very clean. Delicious breakfast and plenty of choice. Just a couple mins walk to the beach and you are given a card to have free access to sun loungers and facilities at the beach. It's about 30mins by bus to Ravenna town. There are no buses on a Sunday after 15th Sept so just to be aware if you don't have a car. We shared a taxi on our last day to get to Ravenna train station.

Great hotel with large room and good bathroom and a large balcony. Lovely swimming pool and surrounding sitting area with good bar facility. Hotel restaurant was outstanding some of the best food we have had in Italy Staff very helpful There is a bus stop nearby to take you into the town of Ravenna for €2.20 each way and runs hourly We used the local bus to drop us to the cruise terminal

Everything... couldn't ask for a nicer, cleaner hotel. Close to the port, hotel shuttle to the cruise port on sailing day. AMAZING FOOD. Lovely staff

Local area, rather quiet. Perfect for a peaceful stay before cruising and after flying.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Exactly as expected. Excellent value. Main level was tastefully decorated and warm. The breakfast buffet had many excellent options and the seating area was charming, clean, and very accommodating.

Location and property were much better than expected and than the pictures. We like it so much we returned 2 wks later. Restaurant is perhaps the best in the area and pristine housekeeping.

Very little transportation in the area

The restaurant was wonderful, offering great food, at affordable prices, and good wines. Street parking was no problem as we booked off-season.

the value was excellent, the location was good. the front desk staff upon arrival (a gentleman-sorry do not know his name), was beyond exceptional. I would rate him 12 stars out if 10. the hotel has all necessary items. however the bed could have been of higher quality and the pillows were flat. but in their defense, we did not request different pillows.

Pleasant polite and professional staff, excellent service and attention to detail. Room comfortable.

Noise from kitchen below late at night and early in the morning let it down somewhat. Would return but to a different room.
