The staff was so friendly and accommodating everything was really clean. The breakfast was a good variety. The shuttle driver Max was really nice and able to accommodate us multiple times we couldn't thank him enough he even walked to find us a few time which was very an extremely nice and helpful gesture

The hotel was far from central naples. Almost an €80-€100 for a taxi. The hotel does have a shuttle driver that will pick you up for €40 which was very helpful but also still pricey if you need to ride there and back daily.

Unique, very classy and comfortable. I Have been in many hotels around Italy and England but This Is Real pearl hidden in quite challenging surrounding ;) There we felt safe, calm and had chance to relax properly. Lovely swimming pool and Amazing beaches (Kami,Afrodita) just 10 minutes from the hotel. Huge shopping centre 5minutes from Hotel. Breakfast in typical italian style - sweet :) People open, friendly, kind and with great sense of humore 🤍 This kind of place that you are sure to visit more than once.

Free parking, that was very important to us. staff was very kind and welcoming and the only place where they knew english! (we've stayed in 5 hotels by then) the room was very clean and tidy

Breakfast was quite poor Area a bit distand but we knew that, I'm just saying, there isn't much to see if you're not travelling by car around there

Everything, except...

... the smell outside the hotel or in the area, which the hotel of course can do nothing about, but is still very annoying. It was constantly smoky, all the time, even my clothes smell like I have been barbequeing all day.

The staff were superb and couldn't do enough for us. Having a balcony with the room was a plus. The room was clean and comfortable and the pool was excellent. Air conditioning was a great plus. We had a very good stay here and the kids really enjoyed themselves. Some very good restaurants near to the hotel. The staff really are the best asset to the hotel.

The hotel is not in the most picturesque part of Naples and a little far out to see the sights if you don't have your own car. I spent a lot of money on taxis being a mother alone with 2 children. Although there are good restaurants nearby there aren't enough for variety within walking distance. As the hotel does not serve dinner and a limited lunch menu this was awkward for me without my own transport. The breakfast was adequate but could have done well with more variety. If you have transportation and want a place as a base for exploring the area this hotel hits the mark.

Very clean and nice interior 🙂 Location is good for people travelling on car but might be difficult for people travelling on public transportation.

the property is in an excel elite position to get to and from the airport and to and from the seaside.

Could have better Wi-Fi and sound proofed door as night guests were very noisy and when getting back to their rooms they would wake me up.

Breakfast is the same every morning. It wouldn't hurt to have some fruit or eggs... pool is charged 15eur per person
