The hotel team truly exceeded our expectations, providing an exceptional experience from start to finish. Though we only had one day left before our return, we found ourselves wishing for a few more days to fully immerse in the beauty of this place. We are certain to return in the future. Our day began with a workout at the open air gym, which offers breathtaking views of the Amalfi coast, followed by a flawless breakfast. The afternoon was spent lounging by the garden pool, and we ended the day watching the sunset from the rooftop pool. A visit to the clubhouse next day, just 20 minutes from the hotel, allowed us to unwind on an exquisite beach. Overall, everything was superb and meticulously designed for a memorable stay

The room was not particularly spacious, but it was satisfactory, offering a pleasant view of the medieval town with the forest in the background—certainly nothing to complain about. However, the hotel’s facilities were so exceptional that the room itself became a minor detail in the overall experience.

The main attraction of this hotel is the private beach club with free transportation to and from. Without this aspect, IMO, staying here wouldn’t be worth the price. The beach club definitely made all the difference and I would stay here again if I were in Ravello.

Fantastic facilities, beautiful setting and brilliant food and drink offering. The smell in the lobby is incredible…so fresh!

unless you pay for one of the higher tiered room, the mountain view room is a lot for the money and small on space.

The location is beautiful. Great view and very good service.

Room was small and the bathroom had only tub and no independent shower. No tea in the room. Breakfast should have had more variety of fruit or organic seeds… we would expect more for the level of the hotel.

The art was surprisingly tacky and loud for such a beautiful hotel and made it seem glitzy and cheapened the ambience. The room service coffee was undrinkable.

This hotel is incredible. Every detail as you walk around is so beautiful and well thought out. I loved how easy it was to get a chair by the pool and it was never crowded. My only regret is that I wish I had more time here because of how amazing everything was. It was so relaxing and the views are truly unbeatable

Incredible property and stay. we had such a lovely visit yet again. The beauty of the property is superseded by the incredible team - from the housekeepers, to front desk and especially the restaurant team. a shout out to Vittorio and his team with a special mention to Vincenzo whose wine knowledge exceeded all our expectations. to the extent that he hit the nail on the head twice with excellent choices and this is after we mentioned the specific feel we were after. And a special thank you to Mirelena and Antonio at the beach club for their hospitality. This is our favourite property in Ravello and sits heads and shoulders above many others. Thank you for an incredible stay.

This is a wonderful hotel with a wonderful staff. Only one thing, I would have liked to have more gluten-free options on lunch/dinner menu.
