Extremely helpful staff, very late check-in without any problems, clean rooms, excellent wifi, fridge in the room, free tea or coffee from machine, nice balcony and availibility to warm own food in microwave at any time - all together was much more than we expected

The room was recently renovated and really well designed, so much so that the room felt Incredibly comfortable for 3 of us and a baby. The breakfast was simple but great. The location was fantastic, both close to the beach, town and restaurants without being messy or noisy. Lastly, the staff was incredibly helpful, I ended up leaving an airpod in the room and was sure it would be lost forever, instead, the staff found it, let me know and mailed it to me at their expense.

Rooms are really excellent for a stay. They're clean, neat, newly renovated, harmonized color pallete, windows are newly installed, light grey color which creates a harmony with the rest of interior. Shower part was of a good size, enough for 2 people to stand in it. Bide is located next to the toilet jar. Large bed. Room has 3 light settings. AirCon is working properly (this one was perfect). Working desk for those who use a laptop. Was very pleased with the stay at the room. The building is only 3 floors, but it has an elevator! That's amazing!

No frigde. The exterior of the building should be upgraded, repainting is needed. Preferably in white color.

All facilities are near by, supermarkets, mercato, beaches etc

Between the cheap hotels in Riccione this is probably one of the most pleasant and close to the upper category. The room was big enough for a 4stars (even with a walk-in-closet!!), nicely furnished and the bathroom big, recent and well equipped. Well done!!

Location is good. Staff are nice and kind.

It says in the description that the walls are soundproof but turn out that it’s not. We can hear other guests voice shouting even in the middle of the night and one of the bulb lights in our room should be replaced coz. It keeps blinking. And the refrigerator “minibar” is not working at all!🤨

Even the room is quite small it has good interior design with the new furniture and renovated toalet. The balkony was extra value. The bed is comfortable and the room was clean and AC worked well.

The new refrigerator was not in function, the girl from reception informed us that the owner said so... The information on the booking was that thay serve breakfast, but there was no breakfast.

Price Too expensive

Welcome to the hotel from Hell! If you like to stay at a hotel that has dirty rooms, air-conditioning not working, no room cleaning, the wall leaking on to the electric safety box and that caused that the lights would not turn off the whole night, then be my guest. We were staying as a family of 5 with small kids. We tried to stay for 3 nights but after no sleep do to loud guests all night, slamming doors and arguing and of course the lights on in our room all night we gave up. We moved to another hotel on day 4 at our own costs. But we had a booking of a total of 6 nights at this hotel. There was no refund for the lost nights and we had to pay in addition a hotel tax, and I tried to refuse to pay it and then they wanted me to accuse myself in not paying for it and being lawsuit by the city. I can only say please avoid this hotel and don't support this kind of service. I am still waiting for any news of a refund regarding the lost days. But I hope Booking.com is working on that.
