The breakfast was very nice - I particularly liked the fresh fruits and the Italian coffee variety - keep it up :) The cleanliness of the rooms is to be praised - every day the room was cleaned perfectly, sheets and towels changed every day too - very nice and thank you for this! They also had a great massage lady at the spa Thank you for all-- I will be back to you with pleasure :)

We loved the breakfast! There were a variety of food, including cheeses and Rimini breakfast. We chose the Seaview Balcony room; the view is so beautiful, and we woke up to see the sunrise every morning!! The staff are nice and helpful. The location may be a little bit far from the city center, but that makes the hotel quiet. You can find good restaurants and groceries in a few blocks

The room is a bit small and not soundproof. We can hear the next room talking. But the room is clean and lovely.

The location of the hotel is simply excellent, offering easy access to the beach and stunning sea views that left me in awe. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and attentive. The hotel boasts a small outdoor pool, which provided a refreshing oasis during my stay. It was the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun, surrounded by the serene ambiance of the coastal setting. The rooms were spacious, offering plenty of space to move around and unwind. I particularly appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which allowed me to have a peaceful night's sleep after a day of exploring. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable getaway.

The wardrobe in the 106 room makes squishy sounds and requires immediate attention to fix.

Staff is the highlight of this hotel. Kind and always going the extra mile to help. Breakfast was great: a buffet where I cannot think of anything missing. We could sit in the garden which was great. The room was comfortable and very clean. Also it was cleaned quite early in the morning. The temperature in the room was fine for me but my husband wanted it cooler. However the air con can only be managed by the Reception and we did not bother to phone them up. We enjoyed our stay and would repeat the experience. The location is also great: only need to cross a street to be on the beach and is about 15-20 mins walking from the city center but there is no need to walk to the city seen the vibrant life on the seaside. Also, bus 11 passes every 15 mins and the stop is 5 mins walking from the hotel.

If really I need to find something, I would say that it would be nice to have a laundry hanger for the swimming dresses either on the balcony or in the shower.

The staff working here were amazing! The breakfast staff especially were so lovely & helpful and learnt our coffee orders which was nice! The hotel itself is beautiful the rooms and decor are lovely! The cleaning staff were also wonderful and so accomodating!

The gym was really squishy, if they took the walls down between the seperate gym rooms it would make for a much nicer more open space.

Really nice sea view. Room size acceptable. Shower - too small. Stuff - very polite. Very clean. Waiters (the breakfast serving waiters - only meet them) - extremely polite and welcoming/helpful. Breakfast is served in a very nice garden - loved the tables and chairs.

The shower was too small. Not sure if the size was the issue, or the access to it, and the position in the bathroom. Other than that, the bathroom size was fine.

Very friendly staff and excellent breakfast, rooms were clean and the location of the hotel was awsome! Also, you could rent bikes for free which was very parctical.

The breakfast could've gone a bit longer than 10.30 :) Furthermore the rooms weren't really soundproof so you could hear most that was going on next to you or in the room above yours.

Excellent location, directly overlooking the sea and long kilometres of Rimini beach. Nice building with historic charm and good soul :) Cosy and home-like atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff. Flexible service, which is always a good service e.g. people are positively open to accommodating their guests' requests.

Standard double room with sea view has a nice view indeed but would be too small for 2 persons. Okay for a solo traveller and a short trip :)

A beautiful romantic room, clean and cozy. The bed is extremely comfortable! Good breakfast, a splendid terrace restaurant, as well as all the rest of facilities. The hotel building is renovated old one, and it makes it even more chique and charming.

Our room was some smaller as we expected, pretty tight. If one plans a long stay, I would recommend to take care about the bigger room (hotel has them).

Delicious breakfast, nice hotel close to the beach. I expected bigger noise from the outside bars (room beach oriented), but it was kinda alright and second room with garden view heard less noise. Very friendly staff. As the hotel parking was fully booked, we booked street parking (and you can park almost everywhere in Rimini in blue lines/zones). Very clean rooms.

We missed the bedside table from one side. Next to the bed there are only USB plugs in. The hotel parking was full (recommend to book in advance).
