The hotel is very neat, the staffs are friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom is clean and looks new. The structure is very close to the beach and basically in the main street, where you get supermarket, restaurants and just 10 minutes by M-train to the central station which is great! Breakfast is good, (wont say amazing but really nice) and if you are lucky, you get good views. I liked it. The beach infront is really nice. If you are going to SAN MARINO, Bus stop is 15MINS walk from the hotel (You can check my san marino video by searching Evalastindayo San Marino on youtube)

The swimming pool is in their partnered hotel which is right across this hotel, but swimming pool is closed by 6pm! shocking. The hotel is partnered with the beach so bed and umbrella is 8 euros per person. Also, towel for beach is paid for (euros).. ion like that lol. Would prefer a cappuccino/coffee machine instead of asking them to make me one everytime at breakfast, and probably fresh juice.

- Room is quite small, and Fornitures is quite outdated to be considered a Delux room; - Difficult to have good air conditioning due to the thermostat not really matching the temperature displayed ( set at 27 is too cold, set at 28 is too hot) - Poor room soundproofing.

Nice hotel, stuff very welcoming, 24hours reception, right across the street to the beaches and on the same street you have many shops, markets, restaurants; Breakfast was rich; They clean rooms every day; Parking safe, 30m across the street in the partner hotel; All in all place to recommend if you stay in Rimini; Also the price was very Ok;

Rooms are some kind of small, you don't have so much space inside, but not big deal; Also it was very noisy early in the morning because od the traffic on the frequent street;

Room looked better than from photograph (which is usually opposite) and was very clean. Personel was nice. The best was the breakfast, broad choice and very good taste! We can recommend this hotel!

We wanted to borrow some glasses for wine, but the lady at reception told us it is against the rules. She offered us plastic cups. I think this rule make not to much sense, because everybody can bring some glass bottles and brake them up in the room as well...

-/+ Location is farther from main station, historic centre, marina centre, but still within walking distance of all mentioned. -/+ Nights in Rimini might be noisy (not hotel issue), closed balcony doors are relatively soundproof (outside noise solved). However, we did not manage to permanently adjust air conditioning temperature (after some time it went back to default 22 degrees)

the accommodation in hotel was highly convenient and affordable.high level of service, helpful and friendly staff. great and close access to the beach ( the coast is only 3 minutes away) delicious breakfast with the variety of choices ( booking the room with inclusive breakfast is highly recommended ) and good view of the sea from balcony.

the only less likable point about the hotel is that it is far away from city center and train station by walk ( 30 minutes away- must take a bus!)

Very good location, 50 m to the beach. Fantastic breakfast. Exeptionally nice and helpful staff at the reception- their kindness and hospitality is 5 star. Very clean room and bathroom, maid service every day.

The room was a bit too small - not enough place to fully open the bathroom door😃. We booked partly sea view- it was not possible to see the sea.

The hotel is located very close to the beach. From the balcony there was a wonderful view of the sea. There is an elevator. The room was clean. The breakfast is good, a lot of pastries, bread, eggs, meat and cheese cold cuts, they make fresh coffee.

I would add fresh vegetables and fruits for breakfast and something for those who do not eat meat.

Hotel is nice, the staff was very polite and helpful. Location is great, near the beach and easy to reach the old city of Rimini by bus or even a good walking. The room was clean with all the necessities, a big balcony. Breakfast was good, tasty and variable, but it was the same menu during the all stay. Hotel provides vouchers with discount for affiliated beach restaurants, that is a plus.

The room was smaller than expected.

The hotel has an excellent location within the locality. The beach is very close within a one minute walk. At the same time, it is in a quiet street, there is no noise. The equipment of the rooms is of a good standard, clean. Very tasty breakfast, partly self-service, good selection of cakes. After departure, the hotel allows you to keep your suitcases in the hotel until you leave the city, which is good if you fly in the evening. The hotel has available beach towels (for a fee), beach lounger on the beach (for a fee) and a changing room and toilets (free) for hotel guests. The beaches are of high quality. There are many shops around the hotel, right next door there are also grocery stores open late into the night (in season).

The hotel does not have its own pool, but it is possible to swim in the pool in the adjacent hotel. However, it is not for all guests (only for some who meet the conditions of the hotel). Therefore, we recommend asking about it in advance before arrival, then it can no longer be solved.
