The staff of this hotel is incredibly kind, polite and wants to help you with whatever you might need. Big kudos for them. We had two rooms, both of them were big enough and clean. However, the furniture seems outdated and could use renovations. The hotel location is amazing with a sea view from the balcony and a 1 min walk to the beach. There are supermarkets, cafes, transportation near the stay. Good choice for a decent, not pretentious stay.

We did not like the very thin walls. We could hear the noise coming from other rooms and we only improved this wearing earplugs. We managed to sleep for 4 nights, but this is something that was not the best. The breakfast options they provided were interesting and we used them, but I would not buy them again (though there is enough food for its price). A mini fridge in every room would have been useful.

The hotel is very close to the airport (5 mins by taxi). It is located just a minute walk from the beach. This area has everything a family with little kids needs: playgrounds, supermarket (Coop 10 mins walk), the beach and a square from sightseeing "train" takes for a 40 mins ride along this part of the city. We were absulutely delighted with the variety and quality of the breakfast, the restaurant staff is kind and attentive. Speaking about staff- special thanks to the front desk! Even though we were a difficult bunch with the 2 kids, the girls were always very nice and helpful (my nephew even got a birthday song) with us. The young bartender guy makes the best cappucino! We have been happy with the houskeeper as well, she was always ready to help when we needed something. Thank you all! We had a lovely stay! :)

The hotel is a big surprise. The location is awesome = 2 minutes walking to the beach (which is for free and offers discounts for sun beds), 15 minutes by bus to the city centre and a lot of restaurants around. The staff is very kind and helpful. The rooms have a balcony with beautiful view and are good to the dry your clothes, the bed is cozy, bathroom is okay - depends on your room. AC included. The breakfast is big and delicious - from sour (eggs, bacon..) to sweet (pancakes, cakes, muffins..) - careful, not takeaway if your flight is early in the morning. Reception 24/7 including a bar with delicious coffee and probably the cheapest in the city.

Cleanliness: unfortunately, the room was quite dirty. There was dust on the floor and some parts of the bathroom were not cleaned for some time. The window in the bathroom was a bit mouldy. Room: the furniture is okay but old-stylish . This is typical for a lot of hotels in Rimini so it is up to you what you like. Noise: we could hear the sounds from the second room (TV/radio) and flushing/water flowing during the night.

Excellent location; A short walk from the station, one block from the sea. Hotel is fairly new so interior of room was immaculate and clean. Comfortable bed and pillows and view from balcony was beautiful. Value for money!

The only flaws were the stench of sewerage coming from the bathroom and extremely thin interior walls which meant you were hearing cleaners shouting at 6.30am and guests coming home after midnight.

The front desk person on staff was very helpful with point out where we could park. Balcony (which had two plastic chairs) faced the street, but Adriatic can be easily seen off to the side. Beach is just a short walk from the property. Excellent rate!! Our room slept four people. though one of the beds was a double-bunk bed,

No parking on site. No laundry facilities.

Good location, just few steps from the beach, nice bar with terrace outside, lots of places to eat around; good breakfast for Italian standards although restaurant itself looked like basic canteen, comfortable beds, good AC, very nice, friendly and helpful reception staff!

Family room very small, mold inside shower.

The room was nice, with a big terrace with beautiful sea view. The staff are absolutely amazing, really lovely and really helpful. The hotel is in great destination, there is metro station and a train station very close by, so you can travel to other places like Venice, San Marino, Florence etc. The beach is beautiful, very long and wide with sunbeds and pedalos for the active ones. There are lots of restaurants, the best and closest one we always went to was Ricci. There is a bar on the beach, with a disco every night. Great place we will definitely come back to.

The smell in the bathroom was quite bad.

Everything was fine ☺️. I was glad to be here. The hotel staff are very nice people, especially the administrator Alina, who was always happy to help. Good breakfast and room cleaning every day.

Stayed 4 nights. Excellent hotel centrally located. Small single room with small balcony overlooking the Adriatic at the distance. Choice of breakfast, I took the healthy one. I am elderly, friendly breakfast staff helped me with the coffe machine, I am coming back.
