The man at the reception was awesome, we had so much fun talking with him! There was air conditioning in the room. It was around 20 °C but humid, we needed it.. The hotel is reeeally near the sea. We got 10% off of the beach ticket by mentioning the hotel. One night we asked for "aperitivi" and got full tuna salad with sun-dried tomatoes, olives, local cheeses, plus a drink for only €5 /person. Amazing. I attached photos of everything. We liked everything. The staff is amazing people. The location is nice too, both quiet and lively. The beach is nearby. Now, entirely unrelated to the hotel's services and staff, just a couple of tips for future clients. Tap into the 10% discount the hotel offers in cooperation with other restaurants. Go for Il Mare Dal Moro, it's the best (although we haven't tried all the restaurants on the list; but it was our 2nd time in Rimini, and both times we were frequent visitors to this restaurant). As for the discount they offer for beaches 115-118, you probably don't want to use it. It's overpriced, while the value for that money is not clear. Go to other beaches, our recommendation is Beach 123 (it's very close), there's nice men working there, and it's considerably cheaper even without the discount. (And make sure to pay for several beach days, it's less expensive than paying for a single day). The breakfast is fine. What was good is that they offered veggies. Last time when we stayed in Rimini, our hotel didn't provide any veggies for breakfast.

The location was fabulous if you want to stay somewhere close to the beach. Lots of great restaurants near by as well. The staff was beyond helpful and nice. The breakfast was really awesome...lots to choose from.

The walls were pretty thin. Noisy neighbors. Rooms could use a little updating on the bedspreads. Maybe should mention that during the busy season you'll have to park off property. We were there at the end of September and were able to park right in front of the hotel on the street so that was great.

The staff was amazing. So friendly and helpful, they really take good care of their guests. The room was very clean and housekeeping was great. Great breakfast buffet with plenty of options - including freshly baked cakes (I could smell it baking - loved it!). And the coffee was delicious.

A few of the fixtures in the room need some attention, like the wardrobe. But it was really a small thing in an overall great experience.

Fantastic value for money. Excellent breakfast with hot/cold, sweet/savoury buffet. Away from the busiest bit of Rimini but a short bus ride away. In a quiet road 50 metres from the main seafront road and 50 further from the beach. Plenty of restaurants and mini markets in the area. The hosts were fantastic - friendly and caring, they answered every query we had and really made our stay.

This is value for money, comfortable and friendly. If you want 5* its not the place for you. A 24 hour bus ticket costs €4.50 and the old town and manic tourist centre is 15 mins away. Quicker with Metromane. An advantage for us. But may not be for you if you want to be in the centre of things.

Rooms are fine and clean. There is a little balcony to hang out your wet swimsuit, etc. Very nice staff, we had the possibility to leave our baggage before check-in, and as we had to check out early in the morning, the breakfast to go was waiting for us. There's nothing to complain about, although a little fridge in the room would be nice :) I highly recommend 👌

The staff is helpful, kind and friendly, overall awesome. We're both grateful to them for their hospitality, they played a great part in our holiday being as enjoyable as it was. The Hotel's also situated in a great location, our room was clean (and cleaned every day), the breakfast was rich and colorful. Our stay was near perfect and we're satisfied.

The walls are a bit thin and we had some trouble sleeping. That's it. Other than this problem, everything was completely flawless.

Extremely nice and helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent, with everything you could desire: from yoghurt, jam, eggs, pastry, salamis, cheese, different drinks... We got welcome coffee , parking place, instructions for metro and sightseeings in the city. Room with little balcony has big wardrobe closet, bathroom was clean and big enough. Beach is behind the hotel.

Bed could be a bit softer, but we relaxed good during the night.

Absolutely recommended! Hotel Zenith has an excellent location, a nicely renovated bulding with clean and neat rooms and all the comfort you need. Although we stayed in the small double room, it was comfortable and well-equipped. Besides this there is a supernice and attentive staff and a rich and delicious buffet breakfast. We'll definitely return when visiting Rimini.

The customer service was on point. They were so friendly, helpfull and nice that I have to recommend this place! Big thanks to the chief, cleaners, chef and others! Breakfast was good and tasty. There were everything on the table. Food was filling, nutritious and the sweets were sweet! Place was clean and close to the beach. Big Up! Thx!
