Incredible location! Rooms are modern, clean, and the views are unbeatable.

I found some of the staff working at the front desk to be rude. I had a very poor interaction with someone on the phone before I arrived and then at check in as well. The rest of the staff was lovely though. Also, be warned that birds to fly in and sit on the open salad/fruit bar at the restaurant. Everything else is covered, but for some reason that isn’t and birds fly in, sit on the food, and pick at it. Very unsanitary, it happens continuously, and nobody does anything.

Fantastic location, beautiful view, friendly and helpful staff. Brilliant room and facilities with large balcony / terrace equipped with table chairs 2 sun loungers and a double bed. Restaurant staff excellent and great food. Great breakfast each morning, too. Free car park. Shuttle to car park not far from hotel great service. Reception staff are very welcoming and helpful. Mini bar in room reasonably priced. Rooftop bar with Jacuzzis and panoramic views of Riva Del Garda. Nice friendly bar staff, too. Tea and coffee facilties with wee surprises left when we came back to room on several occasions, fruit and biscuits, nice gesture. Bathroom slippers and robes supplied. Room cleaned every day. Spotless. Overall, it is a fantastic hotel and I would highly recommend it.

Nothing to fault it.

The location is perfect. Right on the lake front of Garda. Makes pre-breakfast dips in the lake very easy. 10-15 mins walk to the restaurants and bars in the city centre (old town) of Riva. The roof top bar and sun deck with two jacuzzi spas is a lovely quiet retreat. The breakfast in the hotel is absolutely amazing. So much variety to choose from. The room (superior lake view) was an excellent size, very comfortable and was kept regularly and perfectly clean by the house staff.

The only complaint was the birds. The restaurant is open plan and at breakfast each day there were a bunch of wild birds (sparrows I think) who gleefully helped themselves to the fruit buffet and bread/pastry offerings. There should be some controls put in place to stop the birds on hygiene basis.

Location near the Lake was nice. Our room had a huge patio.

Didn’t love having to park at the mall about 1/8 of a mile away. It isn’t convenient to run there when you need the Car. It could be worse in other cities. We had dinner our first night in the hotel restaurant. It was ok! I’d recommend somewhere else. The guys working were very busy watching a football game on TV. We weren’t offered any coffee or desert, which is fine. I had to run up to our room mid way through our dinner to get a bottle of water for the four of us. That did not make us happy.

Beautiful hotel in perfect location on the lake with public park in the front area of the hotel. The room is clean and spacious. The windows have shutter for the sunlight. The view from the room and the top floor bar is stunning. Free car parking, it's in the nearby shopping Mall (300 m) , however they can take your car there for free. You don't need the car if you are staying in this hotel. The staff are helpful.

Nothing major

The setting is spectacular which we could partially enjoy from our room but it is accessible for all from the rooftop bar and hot tubs. The breakfast buffet was also excellent - we stayed in 3 different hotels while there and this was by far the best. The location was also perfect for us and walking distance from shopping and restaurants and of course the lake shore. Staff were also accommodating and friendly. We ate dinner there the first night which was also very enjoyable, especially the pasta with beetroot and hazelnuts.

there was nothing major to complain about. The extractor fan was not working in shower, the light on the balcony was on constantly and could not be turned off as the switch itself was broken. Also the QR codes to show info in the room appeared to be not working. We did not report ant of this, so im sure the staff could have rectified if we told them but it simply did not bother us enough given our short stay

The location is marvelous. In Riva del Garda your best bet is either the town center or by the beach; the Bellariva is the latter. In either case it is a pleasant stroll between the two locations. The room was comfortable (great bed), the bathroom well-equipped, the restaurant is perfect for the complimentary breakfast (plenty of choices), and reasonably priced for dinner (their spaghetti carbonara is outstanding!). And their rooftop sky bar offers a magnificent view of the lake - don't miss it!

It was our 7th stay in Riva del Garda. Previously we’ve stayed in Du lac du parc, Flora & other good hotels as well. This hotel exceeded our expectations, to be honest. The location is perfect, the room is always very clean ( special thanks to our cleaning lady ), the view from the balcony is absolutely amazing. Breakfast is good. We also liked soundproof windows & balcony door ( as outside it can get pretty load due to park, beach and a playground for children )

The personnel at the reception was somehow distant/cold, a bit weird. Not really friendly and cheerful. But I must admit that they’ve fulfilled our requests in full.

Absolutely spectacular location!!! Near the lake, with the mountains falling on you, an amazing terrace, with directly view to the lake and the mountain. A great dinner, with a tasty Bistecca alla fiorentina! When we arrived we left the car in front of the hotel and someone parked our car in the garage, so we had no problem with that. The town is great, beautiful buildings, a lot of little shops, and terraces and restaurants all around. The water in the lake was cristal and there were lots of ducks and swans on the lake. The weather wasn"t very good, it was quite a spectacular storm in the evening and night. A very professional and funny bartender, who made us and another pair to try some great grappas and to enjoy a very nice stormy evening in the sky bar. It was raining and lightning and we stayed in the sky bar feeling good with some unknown people! Great evening! By the way, if you want to take dinner in the hotel's restaurant it is better to book a table, because is full.... we hardly found a table! The staff was helpful and they arranged a table for us!

the weather..... The receptionist could have asked us if we wanted a table for dinner, because the restaurant it could be full. We had a problem to find a table even we were accommodated in the hotel, because there were many tourists from outside the hotel.

Great location, comfortable apartment with parking space at the building. Restaurant is nice serving good food

After I paid my final bill, it was noticed that they forgot to include a meal from two days earlier. So after my return the reception called me twice with a very impolite tone asking for my credit card number which i refused to give over the phone. Instead I asked them to provide their account number for a deposit. While I promised to perform the deposit, i got a message claiming that I may expect a letter from their lawyer. Not nice at all!
