The large room was well equipped. Bathroom was also large, everything you needed was there: shampoo, shower gel, body lotion. Breakfast was very good for a good start of the day: from tomato, cheese, ham to hot dishes, fruits, yoghurts, muesli, cakes and croissants and vitamin juices. staff is very nice. The hotel is located just a few meters from the beautiful promenade directly on Lake Garda. Shops can also be reached in a few minutes. Everything was wonderful.

Great location, super nice and friendly staff! Rooms were spacious enough and had a fridge in them. We got some things for our dog which is super appreciated! We could use the bicycles from the hotel for free which is great. Silvia who worked there was fantastic as well as the others. Always welcoming us with a smile to cuddling with our dog.

A minor note that while the rooms has been painted etc to be more modern, the bathrooms still look like they are form when the hotel was built in the 80s (I guess) and could perhaps use an upgrade. But I have no concerns there really, it all worked as expected and for me that is all I really need. The AC made some strange noises at times but nothing that really bothered me.

This hotel is located in a very convenient location. It's not on the beach, but is a very short walk away from it. The breakfast is good without being great. Certainly good variety and enough. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There's a good bike storage room. The beds were comfortable and there was a good balcony (but way too hot to use when we were there)

The hotel is quite warm on a warm day, so the air conditioning is required (even at night). The door to the balcony should be changed as it is possible to lock yourself onto the balcony.

I came with car and I was in front of Hotel. Very fast came person from reception outside and she helped me to take Hotels own Parking place. Very, very good service! Eleven stars from ten!!! All "FAG:s" was in board in the elevator, check out time, breakfast time etc. Easy and simple, saving staffs time! Situation was perfect, only 250 meters from Lake Garda. Good restaurants and gelaterias very near. Buffet breakfast was very good and atmosphere was nice. Thank you!

Execellent service by the lady who assisted during the breakfast time! Diana was lovely 😍 At the reception laura and the guy who helped us at the checkout was very kind! We had a problem with the office booking, and the guy who we talked with, Mr. Matteo was a bit persistent and did not believe us in the beginning, but they managed the situation and at the end the problem was solved!

The area was lovely we enjoyed every single minute!

The room is solid with some aged interior but very clean and comfortable. The balkony was quite spacious and had a gorgeous view on the lake and the mountains. We received a warm welcome and the lady at the reception was very polite and able to help us with all of our questions. The breakfast was quite well selected and the home made cake was a plus :) Parking was free! I am sure we will return, when we have to make a stop on another tour through Italy.

The elevator's safety "stop" on the door is not good - children won't be able to block it and might get hurt.

The hotel is located near the lake, it has bicycles you can use, the people there were extremely nice (because was my birthday, they surprised me by getting a free prosecco on my room with a nice message. Special thanks to Diana, she’s so nice and she makes a great job with the breakfast, which is delicios.

The furniture is pretty old and on the first night is was a little bit cold in the suite.

+ Very comfortable bed + AC was great and quiet during the night + parking at the hotel was very convenient + good breakfast + easy self-check in upon late arrival

- when you book, be aware that this hotel is not right in the center of Riva's liveliest neighborhood. But it's only a 15min walk and makes the nights in the hotel quieter and parking accessable

The location was on the main road and very easy to find, and easy to walk to city centre. The staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful! They offered free bike rental and set me up with a travel pass. The breakfast was large and great variety. Super close to the lake, which made for an easy afternoon swim. By not being right in the city centre it was quieter to sleep which I appreciated.

The bed was a little hard and an electrical socket by the bed would’ve been helpful.

Loved this hotel. It is quite simple but has everything you could need. Lovely to get a free juice on arrival. Room had a balcony. Breakfast was all good. The hotel is easy to get to by car and had parking available. Location is fine, juts a short pleasant walk to the town along the lakeside.

Nothing could have been better. I will be back here
