Excellent location - few steps away from Vatican museums, few minutes to the St. Peters square. Bus, metro, taxi, groceries - all nearby. Spacious apartment, lots of natural light in the rooms. Good sound isolation from the street (when windows are close), between the apartments - not so good. Nice inner yard. Spacious closets - there were plenty of space to put all of our stuff away from eye sight. Lots of hangers - we could comfortably hang all of our cloths - very convenient. Impressive book collection, although we didn't have nor time or the energy to look into them :) Lots of clean towels were provided and bed sheets were nice as well. Really comfortable bed in the bedroom. The appliances in the apartment work really well - dishwasher, stove top, washing machine, coffee machine. Had to pass two gates to get to apartment, all locked - so felt really secure to leave our belonging. Nice and friendly host, gave us recommendation regarding the good restaurants - didn't disappoint. Air conditioner works well, but only in the hallway, so it doesn't really cool the bedroom. The one in the living room smelled weird, so we didn't use it.

Dirty dishes left in the apartment - probably from previous guest, with food stuck really hard to bowl and plates, not overlooked by cleaning staff. Water boiler is quite small, so the shower problem really exists. Was nearly impossible to shower properly for all a family of 4 and have the hot water not run out. I didn't like the quality of tap water (strong smell of chlorine), but that's probably not the apartment's problem. Internet connection speed was poor - not that you come to Rome to watch TV, but would have been nice to put on a movie on Netflix for kids without having to wait to buffer every few minutes. Cabinets without handles - not a problem for drawers, but the closet area in the kitchen and hallway was a bit annoying - the "push and pop-out" mechanism doesn't always work.

Location excellent for tourist visits and cafes/restaurants. Great welcome and support. Spacious accommodation. For us British and our love of tea there is even a kettle 😁. Main bed comfortable. Nice and warm on cooler evenings. So much nicer than staying in a hotel!

Photos on booking site not current - appartment is quite "bleak" and minimalist in places - especially single bedroom. Generally could do with a good refresh/paint and new furniture. Sofa bed (added since main photos) rather dominates the living area.

Alessandro is very helpful, he waited for us in the evening, brought a city map and explained how we should get from one part of the city to the other. The location of the apartament is great,, 9 minutes from the Vatican City. We walked a lot, so we did not take any means of transport. The apartament is bygger than it looks in the pictures and is equipped with everything you need for a stay.

The only minus is that the sofa from the living room makes a lot of noise when sleeping in it, when turning around from one side to the other.

The apartment is very bright and big. It is very clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic, right next to Vatican walls. It is very safe building and neighborhood. The hosts are very kind and helpfull. Everything is perfect. We will definitely come back here.

I don't have any negative criticisms or flaws to say. Just a suggestion for the host to update the photos of apartmant on booking, because it is even more nicer and biger in live 😊

location was great

need more pillows - only 2 in the double bedroom - found 2 cushions in the cupboard that we used. Would like a kettle. Asked if we could stay in apartment until 11am when our taxi was arriving- confirmed this was no problem. Doorbell went at 10:45am- opened to find a cleaner, a lady and family waiting to come in! We were told that we could wait but needed in to let it get cleaned and family’s things would be left with us. Declined- not sure that family would have been happy leaving their things with strangers

Great location, right beside the Vatican - about a 30 minute walk to the centre of Rome, or a short trip on the Metro, and plenty of restaurants and cafés just outside the building

There was a leak from the shower onto the floor of the bathroom, seems to have been there a while - other than that the apartment was great

Following great communication with the host we parked on the street just outside the appartment and were met by a lovely representative who showed us the appartment and facilities. Not only did she show us the apartment but provided a map of the city, main attractions and how to get there. She recomended a restaurant that was excellent and very reasonably priced and even called to book for us! Couldn't have been happier, would definitely recomend and stay again!

No aircon in main bedroom but we slept ok considering it was as a very hot day in Rome.

Wasn't aware of tax added until we got there so this was a price increase we weren't expecting
