The room was very clean and quite spacious. The staff was professional and friendly. The buffet option at the restaurant had a large selection of different foods from various cuisines, it was really tasty and had a good price vs value. Extremely large dessert buffet. Nice hotel overall, located in a quiet, beautiful area, not too far from the city center by car. The hotel provides a free transfer to the city, but on certain hours only, so we used a taxi and it was only max 20€ to the historical center. The pool area is a big plus on hot summer days.

The pillows were not comfortable, a bit too hard and too low. The pool is made to look like a nature made stone pool, but not too comfortable to enter or come out. Quite limited area for actual swimming, meant more for sitting in the water maybe. The breakfast choices are always the same and it gets quite tiring after a few days, if you are not too keen on eating the pastries and sweets. That was the biggest minus during our stay, it would be nice to get a little variaty after few days at least.

Breakfast was great! One morning we thought we were going to miss the bus and went down to breakfast a little early and they served us a bit early! Rooms were clean and comfortable. We wished that the hotel was closer to the city, but it was easy to walk to the bus/tram stop for a 20 minute ride to city. The restaurant was okay. I suggest eating outside the hotel besides for breakfast. The customer service was great and available. We enjoyed our stay!

A real jam just off Rome centre! Due to the severe hot weather, we could combine our vacation to both city tours (morning and late afternoon) and poolside in midday. Excellent value for money

It is a bit far away from any tourist attraction and you need to use taxi with every time you leave/return

THE FACILITIES WERE WELL KEPT. CLEAN AND SPACIOUS COMMON AREAS INCLUDING THE SPA, BREAKFAST AREA. THE HOTEL IS BIG AND HAS MANY AMENITIES INCLUDING AN OUTDOOR GARDEN THAT IS WELL-KEPT. I LOVED WALKING IN THE GARDENS THAT LEAD TO A BEAUTIFUL POOL. FOR THE SIZE AND CAPACITY OF THE HOTEL (I VISITED DURING WHAT APPEARS TO BE A BUSY SEASON, THE FRONT AREA, WAS OFTEN BUSY ATTENDING TO NEW, AND EXISTING GUESTS, CHECKING OUT GUESTS) YOU NEVER FELT THE SPACE TO BE OVERLY CROWDED. DESPITE THE BUSYNESS I NEVER FELT THE SPACE TO BE OVERLY CROWDED. lAST BUT NOT LEAST, I REALLY APPRECIATED THE SHUTTLE SERVICE TO THE CITY. SHOUT OUT TO THE DRIVERS.

MOST OF THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY; THERE WERE INSTANCES OF STAFF BRUSHING YOU OFF OR BEING SHORT WITH YOU. THERE WERE DEFINITELY ONE OR TWO BAD APPLES WHO SPOILED THE POT. RESTAURANT SERVICE AND FOOD OFFERINGS WERE MY MAIN DOWNSIDE. MAKE SURE TO USE THE VOUCHERS. OR GET YOUR ROOM CLEAN.

Our priority was luxury and we got it at A.Rome. We knew from reviews that it was far from Tour Sites and we budgeted for Taxis. The Taxis were readily available and they came promptly on request. We liked the vegetation around the neighborhood and enjoyed our evening walks. Both the A la Carte and buffet meals were good. Rafi attended to us very courteously. The Concierge served us well by organizing our tours and helping us book and pay online. The SPA was an exceptional experience for us. We will definitely try to go back. The rooms are comfortable. The daily room services are adequate. Not many hotels give drinks and snacks in the refrigerator as complimentary.

The down side was the extra chilly swimming pool. With the amount of solar panels they have, they can heat the water in this pool, otherwise very few people dared to get in it. They need a greater variety in the A la Carte Restaurant. For the breakfast they have many cakes and pastries they had very few cooked food. They could add baked beans, mixed vegetables and roast potatoes etc to the breakfast menu and fresh juices consistently.

Everything, the way that the hotel was designed for the purpose of providing an environment where people can enjoy their time outside walls of the city, the greenery surrounding was really beautiful and refreshing, the two restaurants were very nice and kept us in the hotel without having to worry about where we would find food. The artistic and modern style of the swimming pool, and just perfect temperature of the water was on point, the clean and comfy rooms, the lighting and linens, the amenities, the atmosphere of all over the hotel, the SMELL of lavender everywhere and, the beautiful interiors and artworks. They really did a great job out there! I would advise anyone to bring anti mosquitoes spray to avoid getting bites.

This is my second stay in this hotel & surprisingly it was even better than last time. Everything was truly sublime from start to end. Rooms, Spa, Wifi, Staff, Cleanliness, Food, Drinks, Etc. all was superb - Do not miss this experience !!!

Really peaceful location, lovely to come back to after exploring the centre. Spacious room. Everything was clean and well maintained (although shower in the room seemed a little clogged). Daily refreshments in the mini bar were a nice treat! Staff friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Shuttles to and from the city were great, air conditioning most welcome in the heat and driver always friendly. We had a really tasty lunch, which was good value for money. A pasta dinner which was nice, although the veggie option was a little bland. Dessert was beautiful, cannot beat a Sicilian cannoli! We had the buffet one evening which was superb! Everything we tasted was cooked well, nice range of options for everybody, desserts galore! Soft drinks included as well making it even better value for money. Spa was perfect, again clean and well maintained, relaxing aromas, nice options of complementary teas, waters, and biscotti. Pool was great. Such a nice hotel, wish we had a longer visit! Would definitely stay here again.

The only downside was the mattress, far too firm! And could do with extra sunbeds by the pool as not enough for the amount of guests.

Modern and very clean

The Pool. There was a wedding on at the time and the groom was very drunk shouting, drinking from champagne bottles for over 2hrs and the staff did nothing. There are sun beds around 50 for a hotel that holds hundreds. People are allowed to come down and put a towel on a bed then go out all day leaving no sun beds. 4 nights no sunned on each pool visit. Spoke to the pool attendant who wasn’t bothered. One of the pool attendants was evening drinking a bottle of Heineken from behind his desk. The pool was also showing holes in the plastic boards surrounding it where it had broken and crumbled so they placed a do not dive sign over it. Food was excellent and the buffet was amazing.

Beautiful hotel with fab spa. Nicest spa hotel we have stayed in. 2 pools, saunas, steam rooms and just a fantastic chill atmosphere!! Easiest way from airport was by taxi. Public transport was to first go into city and then travel out. Hotel is located about 30 minute drive from city centre, but lovely and relaxing after a busy day sight seeing. Taxi from hotel about €20. Also hotel shuttle buses a few times a day at an additional charge. We also used the tram, which was about 10 minute walk (not the best maintained footpath!). Tram goes right into centre of city. Breakfast was continental style - loads to choose - breads, pastries, yogurts, fruit, coffee and juices. Also small hot selection. Room was a great size and really comfortable. Hotel staff were so helpful and pleasant and professional. Didn't eat on hotel, apart breakfast. We discovered a little restaurant https://trattoriadacesare.it/ - just past the tram stop. Excellent Italian food - with mostly local customers. Need to book in advance!!
