Excellent breakfast, good location, 03 stations from city center. There was a employee from front desk, Marguerita. She is a sweet heart, helped us a lot, very efficient and friendly. Grazie mille Marguerita and Giacomo :)

Our first room had a continuous flushing toilet annoying noise, thus, we couldn’t sleep properly. We’ve contacted front desk first thing in the morning and the person there, I guess it was Beatrice told us, that the problem would be fixed until we return. Later, she told us that housekeeping didn’t notice any problem, but when we entered the room it was the same. She was very unprofessional!

Receptionist was very polite and even made some jokes in our language, bed was comfortable and the room had a SMART TV. I would say this rooms are designed for a 1-2 night stay because of the space and storage availabilty.

If you focus a bit on the details you can see that the rooms need an update or even a more thorugh cleaning. Windows are looking at the other rooms across the street so you really don’t have any privacy if you want to have open curtains or windows. AC is controlled remotely and you are limited with your room temperature control.

Spacious enough room for two people, VERY comfortable bed, good location for the price (varied transport links if you don't mind a little walk), and reception staff were very friendly.

Breakfast offerings were basic and uninspired - but the coffee was decent. Parking overpriced.

Loved the staff efficiency. Felt sorry for the breakfast lady as she was alone and had to serve all guests (covid regulations). The hotel was well done, very clean, water pressure good. Could do with more shampoo/soap amenities. We stayed only one night as our apartment was just down the road (needed a place to stay after building fumigation--flour weevils). An excellent Sardinian resto was nearby run by a mother and son team. The mama cooked an excellent seafood dinner.

It could have been a booking.com fluke but I made sure to book a room for 2 but when the confirmation came, the room was for only one. I checked the rates again and the rate I paid was for 2. However, they did allow us to add one more with a minimal 10 euro fee. Breakfast was an additional 14 euros for 2. It all added up to the point that I was wishing I had booked at another hotel nearby, or an AirBnB.

Location is a little way from main attractions but there’s a bus stop at the end of the road that’s about 6 stops to the attractions. We are from the uk so was a little disappointed that the only hot option was scrambled eggs and sausage that was savoly. Very clean. Lovely helpful staff.

The air conditioner in one of our rooms was really loud.

Everything was nice ,from room to staff. Close to metro , so you can easily get to all momuments in Rome. Reception open 24/7 , we had late flight and it was no problem coming that late. Check out at 12 , so also no need to rush in the morning. Breakfast was excellente. No need to look anywhere else to stay in Rome.

Everything, from the staff to the rooms. When you enter the hotel there's a beautiful lobby with courteous staff ready to help with any request. There's also a snack machine in the lobby. There's a large underground car park which costs €12 per night. Breakfast is extra at £7 and is well worth the cost. The rooms are medium sized but clean with modern furnishings and a safe and fridge. The receptionist when we arrived, Giuliana, was very efficient and quickly checked us in. There's a large courtyard with chairs and tables where you can sit and chat. Overall a wonderful hotel. The metro is a 10 minute walk away and the bus stop is opposite the hotel so all of Rome is easy to visit.

The breakfast room is small, the amount of guests exceeds the capacity of the room. On one occasion we had to leave the hotel and have breakfast outside. The room wasn’t in the best conditions, the carpet was stained and there were walls where the paint was falling.

We stayed 3 nights in a new room on the first floor and were surprised by the size (number 105 has a large balcony), the very comfortable beds and the cleanliness we found. The staff very friendly, courteous and competent. The breakfast also surprised us. Great for Italian standards. Highly recommended and also close to the center thanks to the electric boards (rent online) in front of the house. Highly recommended.

Little things like a carpet in the hallway would dampen the noise level of other guests a bit (it would then be less hygienic) or the lack of a light summer blanket. But as I said, that would be whining at a high level

The hotel it self is nice , reception, staff , breakfast, luggage storage. Roxana was there at check in time , she was very helpful and explained everything

Location is not very next to metro station, like 10 to 15 mins walk . but is just next to train station, so if you going to or coming from FCO airport then this location is good
