- Location, location, location! Close to the city center but NOT in the city center. Bus stops around that can take you everywhere around. Great if Auditorium Concert Hall or Football games are in your plans since you can just walk there. - Nice surroundings, with many little restaurants for lunch or dinner within walking distance. - Very good breakfast at the top floor, overlooking the river. - Friendly and welcoming staff.

breakfast is very good and sober in a wonderful attic on top of the building. Location is in the nearest pf Parioli a very respected and elegant location in Rome. Wlaking distance from Piazza del Popolo which is main downtown. Walking distance from the Museum of Contemporary art MAXXI. Full of restaurant around and cool bars for a roman aperitive style.

I am fine with all the features and offers from the Hotel. It is a cozy location and one of the nicest part in Rome. Quality price is high and definitely a great deal in Rome. Service is professional and competent. Definitely advised.

Location and accessibility to taxi and Uber. Continental breakfast was excellent especially with the most friendly and professional dining room employees Liezel and Jeralden.

The safety boxes were not usable: in 305 the box would not accept combination and lock: front desk employee said it might need a battery but nobody fixed it the whole time; in 307 the combniation worked but the box was not bolted and could easily be moved. Front desk employee said that’s how it’s really designed and buit, and offered us to use the deposit box at the reception. Really?

booked this hotel to be close to the music venue Parc della Musica for a concert. location also easy to get to Rome central - No.2 tram less than 5 mins walk and takes about 10 mins to the piazza del popolo. Bus 190 comes within 5 min walk from termini station. also close to Maxxi art museum. supermarket next door is useful. Breakfast was the best value I ve come across. 5 euros! toast / pastries/fruit salad, yoghurt cereals, ham and cheese. juice tea and coffee. it was possible to have tea or coffee all day from the machine. breakfast room looks across river and rooftops to St Peter’s. staff were pleasant. air con a bit noisy but works fine. ate one local restaurant - really good pizza and not expensive.

the rooms and bathroom are small. Smaller than I ve experienced in other Best westerns. the hotel is a traditional building - but the decor is faded.

Great location and access to public transportation. Very nice surrounding neighborhood, shops and restaurants. Breakfast at the rooftop room is an awesome way to start the morning. One of our rooms had a great view to the river and the top of the Basílica de San Pedro.

Some rooms are great , some can be small and dark. Make sure you request one with a view. There were ants in one of our room. It was very clean though but they were coming out of a little corner in the bathroom. Not a good opttion if you are looking for accesibility. The lift is very small so if you come with a lot of luggage you will have to do several trips.

The breakfast being continental was very good and there was several choices. The breakfast room was very easy to reach as it was in the same floor of the room. The room I was given had the needs one would expect of a 3 star hotel. A/C in the room was very effective.

the hotel overall fulfilled my expectations. There is nothing I can complain with.

reception staff were helpful, room on arrival was very small for a couple, however the following morning we were moved to a bigger room to accommodate both of us comfortably. Breakfast on the terrace each morning was very pleasant as was the complimentary hot drinks. The tram stops at the end of the road and is a 5 mins journey to Flaminio where you can access the Metro, (1.50 EUR for a day ticket). From here we visited the Colloseum, The Vatican, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and Central Rome. The hotel is in a great location for these sights and a 15 mins walk to Stadio Olimpico

I made an error on my booking and the reception team were more then helpful after a long delay on my flights and a super late check in. Me and my partner really really appreciated the flexibility and understanding of the team and would love to stay here again!

Everything: room, location and breakfast. The only small quirk was a single elevator which could get very busy with groups of tourists or even mover's boxes being delivered! But I understand that it's difficult to install another elevator in a historic building

Clean. Staff were friendly. Good location. A 30 min walk into the centre of Rome but it was nice to be away from the bustle of the centre at night. A taxi from the Trevi area to the hotel was around E10 at night. Excellent Irish pub round the corner and an amazing shop selling every type of food right next to the hotel.

Breakfast room could get crowded.
