Stayed here at April 3-10. In general, the room was nice, cleaned every day. There is a separate full kitchen with everything you need. Very nice and hospitable hostess. The location is very convenient: about 20 minutes walk to the Vatican and 30-40 minutes to the main attractions (Castle Sant'Angelo, Forum, Colosseum, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Square, Venice Square, etc. In six days we have never used transport and took about 20-30 thousand steps a day =) Very close are several supermarkets and many coffee shops and pizzerias, where you can find a delicious breakfast. It is possible to ask the hostess to organize a private transfer from/to the airport (€45), while a municipal taxi costs €50 (fixed price). Do not use the Booking taxi service that offers a price of 60+ euros already with discount =)

A lot of space, a superb terrace almost the size of the appartement with a table and cozy sofa and plants all around. Cleaning was done daily, sheets changed - as it was a good hotel! The cot for the child was clean and the sheets with funny pictures - our boy enjoyed :) There is a common room with a kitchenette, including coffee, tea and some cookies - we enjoyed all of that. The host responded to all our needs very promptly and politely. We felt really at home! I'd also like to add that the location is perfect - a quiet residential area with shops and restaurants all around, but you can get to San Pietro in foot in 10 minutes and to the very city center by bus in 20 minutes!

The floor could be washed a bit more thoroughly I think. The wardrobe hinges creak a bit. I would prefer to have more lighting in the room.

This was our first time in Rome and we didn't realise how big the city is. Demi's House is in an apartment building. Great location, with a gorgeous terrace off the bedroom. Little mini market right beside the building, lovely Irish Pub across the road and an absolutely fantastic restaurant with the most delicious pizzas about a 3 minute walk away. You can walk to the famous Trastevere area (about 25 minutes), with many gorgeous restaurants, shops, bars, all surrounded by beautiful roman architecture. It's such a pretty neighbourhood and definitely worth a visit.

amazing stay! the room is exactly like the pictures and has everything you need for your stay. our hostess was amazing! so helpful and communicative. it made our stay even better. it’s easy to reach from the airport by transit or there’s a shuttle service. it’s really close to the Vatican so we were able to walk to a lot of places.

the shower in our bathroom didn’t drain very well so sometimes it overflowed. one night there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke coming into our room. we contacted our hostess and she came right away to solve the issue. otherwise it was perfect!

Rome is an incredible city. Accommodation at Demi's home is great, Mrs Cinzia was very kind and helpful, excellent location, public transportation is superb, and everything is well-connected, so nothing is far away. There are shops, cafes, restaurants, a market, and a fantastic pub across the street. Pack comfortable shoes for long walks in Rome and enjoy!

The location is excellent! It is like 5 minutes walk from the St Pietro Basilica. Perfect place if you prefer to stay in the downtown. The apartment is very quite and cosy, the terrace is breathtaking. The rooms are big and comfortable. Kitchen is very well equipped. We loved this accommodation. The owner is very helpful, kind and gave us a warm welcome at our arrival. We absolutely recommend it!

The location was 15 minutes from the Vatican and close to the bus route. The area was quiet with lots of restaurants to choose from.

The bathroom was small with a shower that would flood onto the floor. The furniture was very dated and in need of replacement.

Everything was good. The host was so nice. We were happy there. I recommended to everyone. Very close to Vatican. Nice experience!

I liked the big terrace with lots of flowers. Well equipped kitchen with everything a kitchen should have. Friendly and helpful host.

Hostess was very gracious. Balcony was nice. Use of kitchen with espresso was nice.

Hand held shower spray was not convenient. All that was needed was a bracket higher up on the pole so that you could have two free hands. I slept fine, but my niece thought the bed and pillows were not comfortable.
