It was in a central street, it’s like 15 minutes from coliseum, location is grate, owner is so nice and kind ❤️ room is clean, and ceiling is so beautiful 😍 and so interesting lift, like from 90s

Clean and comfortable. The owner Patrizio is lovely!! Gave us lots of advice about travelling around Rome and brings breakfast to your room. He’s always available if any questions need answering and I cannot fault him

The property is on the 3rd floor in a building on the main square. Its a little hard to find initially

I've never stayed in a room with higher ceilings before. It was a truly remarkable experience! The park nearby is a great place to relax and enjoy the company of the chattering parrots. The host is friendly and helpful, and the place was comfortable and convenient enough.

The only downside are the older window frames in the building, which affect the soundproofing and insulation of the rooms. The central heating works well in the cold weather, but there's noise from the nearby street, even at night. Italians often use their horns, so it's not just the tyres on the pavement that can be heard.

lovely room well decorated and had everything we needed. We were offered choices for breakfast and were able to leave our bags the next day when we went sightseeing.

The location was very good for walking to the main attractions in Rome but very close to the apartment there were homeless people sleeping and we didn't feel very comfortable coming back late but nothing actually happened.

Location: The DVE Suite Rome is located in a fantastic spot, just steps from a metro station and within a short walk (less than 16 minutes) of the Termini station. This makes it an ideal base for exploring all that Rome has to offer. Host: The host was incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, even allowing us to leave our luggage early before check-in so we could start exploring the city. Amenities: The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We especially appreciated the view of the park from the windows. Surrounding area: There are plenty of restaurants, shops, and services located nearby, making it easy to find everything you need during your stay. Transportation: Rome's main attractions are easily accessible from the DVE Suite Rome via public transportation. We even walked to the Colosseum to soak up the city's atmosphere, which took us about 18 minutes. Overall: We highly recommend the DVE Suite Rome to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and well-located place to stay in Rome. The host's hospitality and the apartment's amenities made our stay truly memorable.

The square in front of the hotel is a bit noisy.

Very walkable from train station even with luggage. Metro is literally 10 ft from front door. Beautiful view of park outside our window. Bedroom was clean and attractive, has a/c and an elevator. Very friendly staff.

Bathroom was dirty. Mildew, spots, crusty build up in the shower, splatters on the walls, felt dirty and gross. Shower definitely wasn't clean. A/c work turn itself off after a long while and would not come back on unless you reused the remote. Required once in the middle of the night.

The location was ideal for the Metro right outside the hotel always plenty of taxis and in walking distance to the coliseum and the hop on hop off buses

The area was a little run down lots of graffiti but lots of places to eat and drink and opposite a park with live music and lots of ice cream shops there’s also a nice Chinese right by the hotel and places for breakfast. If you don’t like extreme heat visit late September October or spring

Patrizio was a lovely host and so helpful. Really made us feel welcome the moment we arrived. The location was ideal, you literally walk out the door and the metro is right in front of you. It’s also opposite a lovely park so the view was a nice bonus.

The shower was slightly damaged and didn’t seem to turn very hot, but we didn’t mind since a cold shower was welcome in the hot weather. It could maybe do with a little extra cleaning in some spots but overall it was clean.

The location is convenient because you can easily visit most of the historical monuments in the Rome and it is close Termini station. The place is really nice and private, there is usually one guy doing all errands. But he was really helpful during our stay. Breakfast right to the bed is a nice touch. Rooms are spacious and recently reconstructed. Even though building is old. And the hotel is reconstructed from old flat. Basically everything you might need is there. Next time I will be visiting Rome I would like to return here once again.

Sadly it is really filthy around the building and homeless people sleeping in archways near the it don't make justice to the place. But it really isn't fault of the hotel and you can easily use subway from there to travel anywhere in the city and it wouldn't probably bother you much.

Great location. Located a short walk from the colosseum and close to the train station. Metro out side the door but everything is in walking distance (even Vatican city). A lovely little bakery, pizzeria and supermarket around the corner. A park outside for the children with plenty going on. The room was a good size with an upstairs bathroom for the children. It had everything we needed. Breakfast was very nice and the staff were so welcoming. We truly experienced all of Rome. The lift up to the hotel was a little airy but added rustic charm to our stay.
