The room was exceptionally clean, the bed was comfortable, and we received fresh towels every day. The owners were kind and put a lot of effort into the accommodation. They stored our luggage after checkout and allowed us to check in early, which meant a lot to us. Breakfast is served from 8 to 9:30 every morning, which might be a bit late for those who want to start their day early and avoid the heat. The breakfast is good, offering both sweet and savory options, including cold cuts, croissants, fruit, and coffee.

The street and neighborhood where the apartment is located smell of feces and urine, and the area is full of trash. It's absolutely not the owners' fault, nor do they have any control over it, but it's a shame. I can see this being a problem for someone, but we felt totaly safe.

Close proximity to the train station. The staff was very helpful. We were two couples and booked two rooms. We had an early tour start one morning and they came in early and made us a quick breakfast.

Good location, walking distance to all attractions, and the train station. Breakfast was nice with eggs, ham, cheese, cake, breads, fruits , coffee and so on. Nice staff. The rooms are big, looks new & modern , which was renovated around in 2016. There is common area we can eat our suppers that we bought from next door supermarket with 6 people. The next door supermarket is very convenient with good prices! The hotel allowed us to store our luggages before checking in, and after we checked out! They gave us a key so that we could come back to pick up our luggages anytime, which was very convenient!

We booked 3 double rooms, the toilet in one of the rooms did not have toilet seat, I hope it has fixed by now.

We loved our stay at Federica's Home. The owners were lovely, friendly and kind. We arrived after breakfast and the owner kindly fed us, which was so kind of him. The bedroom, shower and toilet facilities were exceptionally clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great too, with a wonderful selection. Wi-fi worked well for us. Locality was great - a short walk to the Colosseum, and there was a handy supermarket next door. Thank you so much!

We were very comfortable during our stay at Frederica's Place and it's a good value place to stay in Rome. Communication was clear before our trip and we found the accomodation easily. Our room was clean, staff were helpful and it was good to have breakfast during our stay.

We'd have liked a kettle and tea / coffee in the room but we knew before we went from the listing that this wasn't available.

Lovely hosts, clean room with a handy fridge. About 10 mins walk to the colosseum & 35 from the trevi fountain area. We chose not to have breakfast there as we had a morning booking one day, weren’t hungry the next and on the final morning we needed to leave for the airport. However on our final evening, they left food in our room for us to have in the morning which was great of them.

Bed wasn’t as comfy as we’d have liked but otherwise a great little room.

The room was very clean with all the necessary amenities. An important plus that the room was cleaned every day. We could go everywhere by foot, but the room is also near metro and bus stations (such as the bus station for the airport) and has a very nice breakfast. The owners are very kind and helpful, we thank them very much for the hospitality. We definitely recommend this place.

bad smell in the reception and where breakfast was taken...the televisions in tiny rooms and only for decoration because they didn't work...you have to be careful because they don't have any advertisement outside and you can only find it after the name on the intercom at the front door...

Federica is amazing! The place is pretty clean, and you have all you need. Breakfast is very good although it is always the same, and the location is convenient. It's quiet at night for sleeping time. I would recommend the place to others looking for something simple and good in a good location.

For the check-in, I had to wait outside with a baby and bags for her to arrive, and it took a little wild. It was cold outside and it was not the best experience. I had messaged the arrival time a couple of hours before. They should wait for you there on arrival to open the door to the building.

Excellent breakfast- fruit, croissants and various pastry, eggs, cereals, bread, coffee made specially for you, and juice. Great location close to Metro which takes you straight to city centre and the Vatican, and cheap. Near the main road is not particularly nice at night but the road where the accommodation is located is quiet and surrounding area lovely. Lots of eating places and groceries nearby. Just across from Federica's house is an Italian restaurant that is superb! But book early or there is a long wait. The greatest thing about the accommodation is Federica herself. Extremely helpful and goes out of her way to help with anything. I asked for a kettle and some cups to make tea but she gave us tea and coffee bags and milk as well. Wonderful service. Our room was better than the pictures!
