The room was very comfortable, great size bathroom. Breakfast was $10 euro, it was decent, but could get a better breakfast nearby for less. Nearby bus stops made it super easy to get to downtown and everywhere we wanted to go. Friendly staff.

The location was not bad, but being quite near the train station, it was not the best kept neighborhood. We weren't able to change the AC setting and we got cold at night.

Very friendly staff, very clean room and good beds. Not much space around beds but this was a family room. Overall very happy with the stay.Cleanliness, helpful staff and nice surroundings. Nice area outside. Good breakfast, watch out for the time, the close breakfast at 9.30

I would take a taxi there from the train station, it's a long walk and through shady streets near the train station. But the surroundings and the area is fine when you get there.

The people working there are great, attentive and nice. Our room overlooked the courtyard and it was amazingly quiet at night. The bed was comfortable. Nice shower in a tropical rain style - I like it. The area is well connected to public transportation, we used the Moovit app and got to all our destinations easily. Opposite the hotel is Aqueduct Claudia - you feel the connection between the past and the present. We had a nice stay there.

The hotel and all the amenities in it are quite old. Something often breaks. When we checked in, the blinds didn't work. They were fixed in a couple of days. Once, our lock got stuck, but it was fixed quickly. The breakfast is very basic. It would have been nice if it had been a little more expensive but had more variety. The bathroom and bed were clean, but there were some trash on the floor from the previous guests and it stayed there for the entire seven nights of our stay. A few buildings away from the hotel there is a run-down house around which homeless people always sleep and it is quite dirty around there. It creates an unpleasant impression, but this house is the only one like that. The whole area makes a good impression.

Excellent location, near the metro station and a bus stop. Near to the city Centre and all tourist locations. Vladimir at the front desk was a very kind and a generous host, he guided us regarding what to see in Rome and how to get there. We also talked about our mutual admiration for Jazz. This is a perfect place for a short stay in Rome. Rooms are clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Wi-Fi is good. The lobby and the sitting area outside is beautiful and a good place to sit. Will be returning soon :)

Everything was upto the mark, I’d have liked to have a pair of carpet slippers in the room, as the floors were really cold. We visited in January.

Very nice small hotel with a classy touch. We booked a small room, but the size was really fine for two people, taking into account that my husband is 2,04 m tall. Only the shower was a bit tiny. The bed was so good, so comfortable even though we are usually very picky with the quality of beds. In general it was a hot season, so we were at first provided with a very thin cover. We needed something a bit thicker and there was no problem to get exactly what we needed. The hotel itself was very clean as well as our room. Nice breakfast with very good fresh fruit. Outside area was very nice for relaxing and chilling with a cup of coffee. Very friendly staff, always helping and giving an advice about restaurants, touristic tips etc, especially Vladimir from the reception.

Just a minor point, rooms are not sound proofed. We could hear slapping of door and people talking when coming back in the middle of the night.

The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. In general, the rooms were clean, bed linen and towels were new, but when we checked in there was a strong smell of chlorine. The rooms are quite small, the shower cabin is also small. The hotel is good, but not 4 stars. Breakfast cost 10 euros, we could choose between boiled eggs and scrambled eggs, there were two types of cheese and two types of sausage. Several types of pastries. Vegetables were not served for breakfast. I would call the breakfast modest. The coffee was delicious. The location of the hotel is not bad. It is located not far from the metro station (10 minutes' walk), 2 minutes from the tram station. The central station stop is 15 minutes' walk away. However, we did not find any good restaurants or bars nearby. Maybe we did not search well).

Overall, everything was good. Don't expect much, then you won't be disappointed.

When we arrived we were welcomed by very nice hotel staff. They upgraded us for free to a bigger room which was absolutely beautiful and had a very nice shower and little balcony. The room was very clean, cleaned daily + clean towels and the bed was extremely comfortable. For exploring Rome we got great recommendations from the hotel staff.

The location had good connections to the city centre but was in itself not super, however great for the value of money. Only point was that the cleaners came around 7:45 am on our first day and were quite loud in the hallways and other rooms. Other days this did not happen again.

The hotel’s location is ideal for business travelers, as it is situated just behind the San Giovanni Church, close to the city center yet outside the restricted traffic zones. The availability of parking is a significant advantage, especially in Rome, where it is both rare and typically offered by pricier hotels. Additionally, the breakfast quality exceeds expectations for the hotel’s star rating.

The room, while slightly compact and in need of some updates, is functional and well-equipped to meet all essential needs. Despite its size, it provides a comfortable and practical space for a pleasant stay, ensuring guests have everything necessary for their convenience. A refresh of the decor and amenities could further enhance the overall experience.

This hotel is located in a beautiful area, and the hotel itself is beautiful! As soon as we arrived we were greeted by Mike, who not only checked us in and gave us an upgrade in the room, he also gave us a map and went over it with us and gave great suggestions! All staff was as attentive and kind as Mike, the room had amazing high ceilings and a massive window, and the bed was extremely comfortable!

The bathroom floor did not seem to have been 100% clean, as I found some dirt on the floor - however - the weather while we were there was horrendous and we did bring in a lot of dirt with us so it could have been that! Hence why the rating is still 10/10 - it’s a lovely place, and when we go back to Rome we will be staying here again!
