Good location. Easy walk to restaurants and sites. Great staff.

Rooms are small. But still good for a place to sleep and stay.

I travelled with my 80 year old mother and it was my first time in Rome. The hotel staff were exceptional, nothing was too much trouble. We were on the first floor so not too many stairs and there was a small lift as well. We went half board and we were glad we did as it was so convenient after a very busy day and could enjoy a bottle of wine and be able to just wander upstairs after. There was a nice variety of food, both at breakfast and dinner. Everything was clean and everyone spoke English and humoured our attempts at Italian.

It was a little bit of a walk to the centre (about 20 minutes to the Trevi Fountain), on a quietish road near the American Embassy. Although in some ways it would have been nice to have been closer I am overall happy that we were in a quieter area as it was less hectic and we never had to book for dinner. The hotel were great at booking taxis for us. Only thing we missed really was a kettle etc to have tea in our room but that is the English in us I suppose,

I really enjoyed staying at the Oxford, the room was comfortable and had everything I needed, the staff were very helpful and friendly. I was also able to ask for a kettle for the room. I had asked for a street view and was given one. The location is very central to everything.

A bottle opener and some wine glasses in the room would have been nice. It is Italy afterall. The bathroom only provided a thin disposable plastic cup.

Location is excellent in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. Walking distance to Piazza Barberini and it's restaurants. The view from the window was excellent looking down the street with the trees and old buildings.

We unfortunately could hear the guests in the adjacent appartment. We have been at this hotel many times but this was the only room with this problem.

I stayed in a single room, which was clean and all I needed. Very helpful and welcoming staff. The only issue was (I guess it is the same sound isolation in all hotels of Rome), I could hear other guests leaving early morning. All the rest I really enjoyed.

A nice and cozy hotel, in a very quiet and nice area of Rome, but very close to city center (30 min to Colosseum).

Nothing to complain, beside the stuff that issued an invoice on my name ahead to my arriving and didn't wanted (said they can't) to change the invoice details to my company. Also, stay away from rooms that are next to the tripled room, while they are splitted just through a wood door, therefore you can hear your neighbour while they roll on their bed.

Breakfast was great choices. Location was good.

Room location was on street so cars trucks and traffic made it very noisy. Loud especially in the early morning.

Small elevator for handicap and luggage. Room was nice/newly renovated but a little small for handicap with a walker.

Great location. Lovely rooms. Staff were great, couldn’t have been more helpful.

Lift or stair way, both interesting… didn’t bother me especially, but then I didn’t need to use the lift… stairway was small, but fine.
