The location is in a very good place, only 400 meters from the Cipro metro station. It is an ideal location for easy access to all touristic places. The hotel staff is very helpful, Mr. Roberto is friendly, the cleaning is very successful, the breakfast is perfect, there are many options.

The single room is quite small, it would be better to have bathroom slippers

pictures in booking looked different, toilet was smelly but the good about the hotel the ventilation with windows everywhere even in toilet, toilet handle was broken! and last but wasn't a big deal the soundproof is zero.

I had a very enjoyable stay here, near the Vatican and a few minutes walk to the metro. Clean room, with fridge. The air conditioning worked great and it was definitely needed as it was 30+ degrees. Excellent breakfast one of the best Ive had in hotels, lots of choices, hot and cold food, bacon, eggs, sausages, beans, bread, cakes, pastries, croissants, a huge spread of vegetables and salad, even a yogurt machine. There are a few supermarkets nearby, and the excellent pizza place 2 minutes walk from the hotel.

One bad point are the thin walls, I could hear the conversation in the next room. Despite this, I will definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was exceptionally good with a lot of variety and fresh fruits and other healthy options. Room was clean. Good WiFi connectivity. Staff were very polite and quick at responding to queries or concerns. Convenient location close to metro station. Vatican City is at walking distance. Overall good value for money. Was provided with a complimentary small bottle of Prosecco and Italian cake by the hotel for New Year’s Eve, which was quite thoughtful I felt.

I took the single room where I found the bed was quite small. Room was really warm and had to open the balcony door at times for ventilation. Lot of traffic noise on opening balcony door.

Great, relatively affordable, no frills hotel. Staff were really nice and the breakfast was great and available from 7am for those with early plans. Only 10-15mins walk from Vatican museums entrance and 5mins from metro station few stops from central station. Also the area immediately around is not that touristy so for food the local trattori were authentic and nice with just a few phrases of Italian required. Good room servicing. Useful mini fridge to store some water/food with a 24h supermarket nearby.

Everything was great but note the single room and bed is quite small. The area is quiet but there will be some traffic noise if not used to that. Ear plugs helped.

When we arrive, we are welcomed by the receptionist “ Aurora”. She is very nice and helpful. The property has in a good location and very accessible for eveything. I asked to have a late check- out and the receptionist was very nice and helpful because she let us stay until 1 pm.

The room is very small. The wardrobe is very small for 3 people. Very small desk . No drawer at all to put your valuables in safe. The double bed is so uncomfortable and moving down when you move because they combined the 2 single beds. The duvet is so thin. The pillows are so thin. We did not have a good sleep . We are 3 people in one room and we were given 2 towels. The body wash in bathroom is empty. The tissue paper is 2 pieces but in a half. The handwash is nearly finish. The upper room is too noisy and we need to go to reception. The breakast has a lot of variety but the pine apple fruit is ot fresh. The croissants are cold and a bit wet maybe came from fridge.

We warmly recommend Hotel Pacific. Our stay was great. The rooms were very clean, the menus were diverse and highly appreciated, and we would like to thank the staff for the hospitality. Breakfast menus were on point! Just as we imagined a good continental menu. We were quite impressed by the evening dining experience, which we definitely recommend to everyone to try. The price for the dinners served were just within our budget and quite affordable. The location of the hotel is ideal, close to a Carrefour and a Metro Station, so you can go around to travel through Rome easly. We would surely like to come back on our future trips to Italy.

Nothing to contest.

All of the staff, except for one, were so sweet and nice. The morning gal needs to have a little more patience with the language difference. The first room we were given would have been perfect.

I noticed a leak coming from the ceiling pretty soon after we arrived. We were moved from a 2brdm suite to a studio (1 room with a double bad and 1 twin bed) w/ bath. I think we had the option to move back to the 2 bdrm the next afternoon, but we were leaving for a night tour and checking out the next morning. We just decided to stay since we had very little time left in the room. There was no offer or mention to refund the difference of the rooms for the 2 night stay.

If you did not purchase the Vatican ticket beforehand as i did, it is the best affordable option for you because the hotel is in the 15 minute walking area of Vatican, we were able to get up have breakfast and be on queue on time. Also the breakfast was amazing 😍 the staff is caring and smile faced. Rooms are okay, even they taked care of other socket type as the Italian ones are different. Also the hotel has elevator so you do not need to take your luggage with stairs. Distance to other sightseeing is also okay, for example i used metro for Villa but bus to Pantheon. There is a bus station near the hotel.

Maybe it would be better to start the breakfast 1 hour earlier

The room was exactly what I expected except that we also had access to balconies! It was very clean in the hotel. Staff was very thorough in their service. The meals were excellent beyond my expectations and the wait staff was impeccable in their service. They made me the prettiest coffee drink I’ve seen!! This hotel is in an area easily reached via the metro (within a few minutes walking) and in a neighborhood where actual residents live, too, not just tourists. My son got a haircut he badly needed right next to the hotel, we did our laundry. (all of it!) for a mere €10, including drying and folding, and we walked to some excellent meals in the evenings, surrounded by locals doing the same. It was very safe and very clean. We also spent some time in the lounge of the hotel, watching the 2024 Olympics with other people there doing the same! It was kind of fun and quite unexpected to find some community within the hotel. Plus, they have TWO lifts in addition to their wide, safe stairs. Best stairs and lifts we have seen in our two months in European capitals. We truly loved our stay here!
