Nice staff. Good location. Good breakfast. The room was simple and a little bit used up already and need repair but there were everything we needed and generally we are very satisfied with the choose of hotel.

Shower was defective. We were there in January and room was little cold during night.

Location was great, staff was really friendly, Colosseum is in walking distance. It was also clean.

Room was a bit small, bad wasn't long enough. Water pressure was a bit weak.

I had an incredible experience at this hotel! The location couldn't have been more perfect – right in the heart of Rome, surrounded by fantastic restaurants and within easy reach of both the train and bus stations. Being able to walk to all the major tourist attractions was a huge plus for me. What truly made my stay outstanding was the warm and friendly staff. Their hospitality went above and beyond, making me feel right at home. I can't recommend this place enough for its unbeatable location and the wonderful people who work here. If you're planning a trip to Rome, this is definitely the place to stay!

The breakfast was not good enough

The location was very convenient. About 4mins from the Rome station. 7mins from the metro. Pretty near to all the main attractions. The breakfast was okay. The room was very clean and good for 1 night. The bathroom and shower was nice.

The lady receptionist was rude. She saw us coming to the reception however she decided to make a phone call on loud speaker. Then she demanded money without explaining what it was for, after paying her I google it up and turns out its the city tax. I asked her how does the storage door open and she just kept on shouting instead of getting up and helping.

Convenient for the Termini, and transportation, the Serena is a well run hotel over several floors, served by a cage lift. Reception was efficient and friendly, and much appreciated. I stayed in a single room which, to be honest, was small, but comfortable, with a big window to the street. Good linens, pillow, very clean and pleasant bathroom. A good hotel choice!

The single room is on the small side, so not for the claustrophobic, or those with much luggage, though mine had a big window which helped.

I like this hotel because of its convenient location. It is so close to Termini station, so if you travel across Italy, this variant will be the best. The room was small but clean, good air conditioning, it was important for us because the temperature was +37+38 in August in Rome. The staff was friendly, they explained everything that we wanted to know. I think the breakfast was good, it was an ordinary European breakfast (coffee, juice, bread, cheese, jam, croissants).

The bed seemed hard to me. The mattress could be changed.

Friendly och helpful staff. Great location, only about 20 min walk to the Colosseum and the train station is just around the corner. Lots of restaurants nearby as well. Hotel rum was enough for 2 nights, bed was a little hard for my taste but good pillows and the shower had great water pressure. Breakfast was good but average, coffe was good but more bread options and maybe some veggies would be good as well. Lots of yummy treats.

My air-conditioning didn't work and there was no water in the fridge, as stated on the booking.

It was an incredible time! We had to book on the day and they were so welcoming. They let us leave our bags with them till our booking time. The staff are incredible and made us feel so safe as we were 2 single girls. The 24/7 reception desk was a great comfort and the location was incredible, 2 min walk to the train station and you could walk yo all the big monument in the space of one day. We loved it there and I can't wait to go back in the future! The food was good, incredible for the price it is!

Location was excellent- 2 blocks from Roma Termini. The breakfast was good even though there were no hot items except for the cappuccino that Jaccaro and the hostess behind the bar maid for us daily. The room was comfy though the table was oddly placed and the small fridge was running hot. We were able to get laundry done right next door as we were there for a week and 10 more days of travelling to go. But what makes this place great are the people working there who were all cordial, eager to help and were always nice especially Marco at the front desk and the breakfast crew -Jaccaro and the lady who made our cappuccino every morning and the lady that cleaned our room. I highly recommend this place.

Aside from the tight bathroom toilet/shower placement, I can't really complain about anything.
