The Location is insane! View out of the window is a once in a lifetime experience. Bed was very comfortable. The staff were super friendly and polite.

Everything seemed extremely outdated, our towels did not get changed once. Room is due for a makeover and I bet with the money this location brings in yearly it could be turned into an absolute gem!

You cannot beat the view and - if you're there to see Ancient Rome - the location! Great service, very responsive staff. We had an issue with our first room because the AC dripped on the floor all night, but they moved us while we were touring the colosseum and the 2nd room was great!

The pipes are very load when you shower or use the toilet, but it's an old area. Avoid the tourist trap restaurants nearby, in our experience, if they are standing outside drumming up customers, the food is not worth it.

Friendly reception staff, helpful and guided us showing us a map which he wrote all of the local hotspots and tourist areas. He basically planned a walking route for us which was great. Great view of the Colosseum. Exactly as seen in the photos. Rooms are dated and quirky but spaced well, there was a nook by the window to read with the view. Very clean

Not the most modern, old building with old rooms. But the view and the staff made up for it.

outstanding view. helpful staff. lovely clean room. well priced for its location. sightseeing bus stop over the road, takes you via lots of must see spots- Spanish steps/fountain/ pyramid/ Vatican etc. small supermarket (24hr) in the next road, pharmacy 10 min walk. lots of restaurants very close. full taxi rank outside front door. spent lots of time in the window seat watching the world go by. highly recommend.

the property was very traditional, perfect location for colosseum although a little walk from trevi, pantheon etc, what I loved was the room had great air-con, the bed was very comfy!! but only one pillow each? pictures show a lot more, but either way it was such a comfy bed, nice and dark in the mornings, no noise, slept great. my partner loved sitting on the window people watching whilst I got ready, metres away from a cute bakery, restaurants and a mini supermarket.

Absolutely breathtaking view from the room directly to the Colosseo. Perfect location also as a starting point to your sightseeing tour. Andrea, the manager, was very kind, helpful and told us everything what we need to know. Our room (1st floor) was quite small, but absolutely enough for young couple. I can´t confirm in the reviews mentioned noise from the water pipes and from the neighbours, we have heard nothing disturbing. You have to realize, that you are in ancient city and in very old building. And that view pays for everything.

The door couldn´t open completely, you have to slide into the room, fatty people cant go through, I guess. :-)

We stayed here for our last night in Rome. Perfect location overlooking the Colosseum with a small stretch of bars and restaurants close by. Super friendly and helpful staff. We sadly got hit with food poisoning on our last night in Rome and we were up from 10pm for the duration of the night with D&V. We had to change our flights home as we were not fit to fly at 7am the next morning. The apartment managers Melanie and Mauro allowed us to stay in the room the following morning and check out late at 2pm to ensure we could rest as long as needed. Forever grateful!

Loved it !! Amazing view , can’t find a better view. unbeatable price. perfect location near restaurants,cafes, supermarket and bus stop. The room is huge, size of a full apartment. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped me book a taxi for the airport 6:30 am! Taxi showed up with a black Mercedes S class. Will definitely come back.

It would be nice to have breakfast option (but still the location is close to everything so that was no big deal)

The location and view were exceptional. The was a great base to have whilst experiencing Rome.

Downstairs was cold so was chilly when getting out of the shower. The taxi rank is quite noisy outside. But we got ear plugs so that was fine.

It was really easy to find the property and the welcome was excellent! The staff was really friendly and provided a whole room tour. I loved the facilities, they modernised some of it, but kept some things authentic (like the lift and the furniture). And of course - THE VIEW! :) I would recommend to stay there any time - It is only 2 stops by underground from the Termine Station (where all the airport shuttles/trains come from). And it is in the middle of all the great attractions, Hop On/Hop Off buses, restaurants, etc! :)

There is a lovely little nook with a chair and a plant next to the window to oversee the Colosseum. Unfortunately, the chair was plastic and broken when we arrived. Also, one of the towels was stained with paint... We didn't end up using it.
