Nothing at all, perfect

The location and the view is amazing. You can walk to all the main attractions. You can see the piazza Navona from the room and have your breakfast on the balcony.

Over our 3 night stay, there were 3 different staff members working the property and all of them went above and beyond expectations to help with everything we needed to make the stay perfect !!! We had an open line of communication from the the day we booked the property. They were always available and prompt with the information we needed. A special thank you to Alessia ! We were supposed to arrive at 5pm, but as things happen when you travel, we didn't arrive until 7pm and Alessia texted back and forth with us to reassure us that our check in would be ok at that late hour. It was very comforting to be reassured that we would not he left to fend for ourselves when we arrived in Rome !!!! We reserved the room with a personal balcony and the ability to take in the view of Piazza Navona from above was amazing while having our breakfast, which was served at the exact time we asked for, as well as enjoying a bottle of wine at night. I gave this property a 10, I wish there were higher values, because Hub Navona deserves it !!!!!!!!

Hub Navona, on Piazza Navona, was perfect for our first trip to Rome. The location is outstanding (you can walk to pretty much everywhere) and despite being on the Piazza, was quiet and very comfortable. We booked the suite with the terrace, and so were able to enjoy a bottle of wine, while people watching. It's a boutique property, with a small staff, and everyone was friendly and very helpful. Special shout-out to Alyssia, who went above and beyond for us. Grazie a mille! 10/10 recommend!

The location is perfect, just round the corner from Plaza Navona, completely surrounded by excellent restaurants and shops. Easy walking distance from many facilities. The accommodation was first class, very stylish and had absolutely everything you could want. The host was amazing, very accommodating and allowed us to leave our luggage with her for the day . I would really recommend this place and will certainly book it again when I next come to Rome.

Loved it! Balcony was an awesome plus - we spent so much time sitting out enjoying Piazza Navona. More than enough space for my family of 4 with 2 teenagers. Location was perfect, walking distance to everything. Breakfast served to you in your room - ham & cheese breakfast sandwich was a hit. Staff was amazing, Alessia was so sweet and helpful, along with Jun & my favorite guy who helped with luggage & service but didn’t catch his name. Thank you for making our first stay in Rome unforgettable.

Location is excellent! Love Piazza Navona and how close it is to all the incredible restaurants! Very easy to access tourist attractions by walking. Loved it!

The pillows were a little uncomfortable, but not enough to cause a sore neck or anything :) Also, this is just Europe in general, but there are stairs which you'll have to carry your suitcases up. Keep that in mind when packing.

Very cosy place in the incredible location - authentic and warm! Definitely puts you in the right vibe. 100% worth it.

Breakfast is a bit of a joke. At least it was, off-season in January. I would really advise to not bother serving, honestly - there are tens of restaurants just around the building and most of them serve some breakfast.

Fantastic location. Within walking distance of all the major attractions of the city. The room was a lovely big size and spotlessly clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. Everything we needed was provided for. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They made sure we had a great stay and someone was always on hand if we had questions.

Cannot think of anything we didn't like!

The location of Hub Navona is perfect. It is a walking distance to the most Of Rome's historical places. Outside, right on Via di Santa Maria dell'Anima, you can find several fine resytaurants that you'll definately enjoy. Stuff is very nice and helpful. Will reccommend this place.
