I would like to express my overall satisfaction with my experience. The staff was not only friendly but also professional and helpful throughout my stay. Their dedication to ensuring a pleasant experience did not go unnoticed, and it truly added to the overall positive atmosphere of the hotel.

The quality of the internet and coverage. While I thoroughly enjoyed my time at your establishment, I found the internet connection to be less reliable than expected. In today's digital age, a stable and fast internet connection is essential for both business and leisure travelers. Enhancing the quality of the internet service and expanding coverage would undoubtedly contribute to an even more satisfying guest experience.

This place is in a cool, non-touristy and very safe area of Rome, with plenty of interesting restaurants and wine bars. There's no metro station nearby, but it's well connected by buses. My room was overlooking a super busy street, but the double glazing in the window was protecting it from the noise. The staff was friendly and responsive. The only problem was the AC, which made a lot of noise (even when turned off -- the pump kept making noises like a broken tractor), and it didn't really cool anything down properly. The staff is really good, friendly and extremely helpful! We got a quick response to a smaller issue (safe was not working in our room, got a new one the next day, and even got tickets for breakfast for the next day😊). I am very grateful that we could leave our luggage there before/after our check in/out time for a couple of hours, that helped a lot! The room had an AC, the bed was very comfortable and clean. They clean the rooms everyday, but you can signal if you need a cleaning or don't want to be disturbed - we were in our rooms around the cleaning and always got asked if we need a refill of anything, appreciated! Rooms are located nicely, each main sight is close (30minish, with waiting for the bus), so you can easily go back between midday. Bus stops are close, metro is farer away, but we didn't use the metro anyway. I would recommend booking the room with breakfast tickets, the cafe is in the same block and is really good! Overall, it was a very good experience, in case I happen to go back I would book it again.

No issues. Some people mentioned the shower: we only noticed you can move the showerhead the last day, so that way no issues really. Noises are typical for a city, I wasn't disturbed by it as I live in similar environment, but you get earplugs if it's too noisy for you.

Breakfast at the local bakery which we added on (which we wouldn't do normally) was the best and great staff. Took a few days to get used to the traffic and noise (lots of ambulances) but used to a quieter life at home. Public transport was excellent, once we got a hang of the charges per trip and could be used across the board.

Only slightly annoying thing was the lighting of the rooms, especially the shower with high ceilings and low lights.

Excellent location in Rome within walking distance to nearest metro stations and sights. The breakfast downstairs in the cafeteria was plentiful and very good : orange juice, coffee, toast, fresh croissant. Arianna on the reception desk was extremely friendly and helpful when I checked in. I would definitely recommend LHG Comfy rooms.

Noise from other guests arriving late at night but people are on holiday so it can be expected !

I had a great experience staying at this accommodation in Rome. The cleanliness was 5 out of 5 and I appreciated the daily cleaning service. The staff's communication and support were excellent — always friendly, quick to respond and you can really feel that they care. I had a late-night flight and needed to check in at midnight. I received easy-to-follow instructions on how to access the property. The location is perfect, close to the Villa Borghese, and you can find good cafes and non-touristic restaurants just the next street.

Location, garden view, they would keep our baggage before check in (since we arrived early) and after check out if our flight was late, we had refrigerator and that was very helpful, also AC perfectly located could’ve stay on all night and we would not feel sick after waking up! :)

Interior of some rooms is beautiful but some are just not that beautiful, our was red and black colours nothing connected with Italy vibe, but bathroom was beautiful just we lacked something to put our makeup while preparing in bathroom

Super cute apartment around heaps of nice cafes and bars. The location was just a quick bus ride into all the main attractions of Rome, while still being out of the way to have a very quiet time. The staff were super helpful and lovely. Not much to the room but the bed, which was comfy and big enough. The window also had a lovely view of the garden which felt very Italian.

The room was a bit cold and we didn’t realise until our last morning that there were extra blankets in the cupboard. The wifi also didn’t quite reach our room - we had roaming data so this was fine, but could be an issue if you don’t.

Very easy to get around Rome from here. The staff were super and everything worked fine. The beds were comfy, and the area was very quiet. But, there were convenient places to eat The building was a beautiful old one very tastefully converted.

The weather - we had too much rain. And the lack of sufficient plug points for kettle and phone charging. But the staff remedied this very quickly and offered us a free breakfast the next day.

The room was very clean, the rooms were very comfortable and the cleanliness was really excellent. The location is good, 10 min walk to the terminal. But overall good. The beds were comfortable, the staff were very sweet and helpful. After checking out, we left our suitcase at the hotel, went sightseeing, then picked up our suitcase. We had no problems. The bathroom was large and spacious. Cleanliness was very important to me so I will definitely choose this place again! Excellent price-performance!
