The room was very spacious and bigger than expected. The bed was big and super comfortable, I can assure you, you will have a good night's sleep after walking the streets of Rome. The room and bathroom were very clean, and the staff was friendly. Location-wise, it is incredible, super close to several bars to have a simple breakfast in the morning and start walking and get to know Rome, and Monti neighbourhood is very nice to walk and find nice restaurants. The hotel also offers some "experiences" like photography walks, and similar things, we didn't make use of them, but it is a nice touch!

I wouldn't say this is something we didn't like, I would just add it here as a heads-up for fellow travellers, the toiletries given in this hotel are only shampoo/shower gel (all-in-one-solution) if you are not ok with that, just plan ahead.

The room was perfect for us as a couple, and the location was great! Our bed was nice and big and we weren’t far from many amazing restaurants and attractions! The staff were all lovely including the cleaners and security, all of which would smile and say hi every time we saw them. Truly made a great start to our days as everyone was so lovely the whole time.

Occasionally the water would be quite hot in the shower (which was fine obviously after adjusting it however we had to have it fairly close to cold for warm but that didn’t bother us too much) - other than that there really were no faults any minor things were always fixed quickly and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Location is perfect! Able to walk to most of the major tourist attractions within 10-15 minutes. There is a bus stop just outside for anything further. Loved the decor and the historic feel of the building. Lots of great restaurants and shops within walking distance and just a short ride from the train station (€15). Staff is friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was not actually breakfast- just a pastry and some juice. The cafe to the left when exiting is fantastic so we went there each morning.

Very loud from the street- down the street from a hospital so lots of ambulances and activity. Bring ear plugs to sleep.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. We were greeted by Rosa who was such a lovely person which was needed after 24 hours travelling from Australia to Rome. Quick check in process. We had Martina at reception each day who was also a delight, checking in with us as we headed in and out. The room was small and clean, which is all we need as a young couple wanting to get out and about each day. The bathroom was small so if you need more space this would be a concern, but not for us! The room was cleaned and cared for by Lilia to a great standard. The location was amazing, we walked to all the sights some only 10 mins away!

The location was good if you want to be close to the Colosseum (we walked there). There are a several streets with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The restaurant food was very good. The hotel breakfast was nice, with a nice rooftop location (it was not free, but well priced). The bed was comfortable even though you would not think so looking at it, and there was a safe. The staff was very friendly and always helpful.

The room was small but at least it had a large bed. There were only cable channels in Italian, not much in English and no streaming services. The wifi was not strong enough to stream Netflix on my laptop.

Our stay was nothing short of fantastic! The location was amazing, offering easy access to iconic landmarks like the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain, both just a 10-minute stroll away. The spacious room provided comfort, making it the ideal base for exploring the wonders of Rome. Highly recommended!

The constant noise from the street throughout the night, but it's understandable given the prime location, which outweighs this inconvenience.

Our first time in Rome and Monti First really gave amazing first and lasting impressions. Situated in a beautiful old building but the most beautiful modern rooms. Before we had arrived, the team make sure you arrive with anything else you need, offer recommendations and offer taxi and restaurant bookings. When we got there, we was given a free bottle of wine as we were celebrating our anniversary, it really was the most touching welcome! The location was PERFECT! 10 minutes walk to most spots and surrounded by shops on the main road. I had seen previous reviews of how loud the traffic on the main road was, but this really wasn’t an issue. Overall, I couldn’t recommend Monti First enough and will definitely be staying again if we return to Rome again.

A good choice of tea/coffee in the rooms but no little pots of milk and wasn’t replaced /topped up daily but that is just being really picky!

Location was excellent, walking distance from historic area. The room was quiet, as I had specifically asked for a quiet one. All was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. The lady at the reception on our arrival booked us a taxi to the airport for the next morning and gave us several suggestions of restaurants for supper. Had good Italian cake served at reception early in the morning. This hotel does not serve breakfast, but are affiliated with a hotel nearby. However, did not have time to experience that breakfast.

My side of bed was not comfortable and I unfortunately did not sleep well. But my husband's side of the bed was fine! No indication in entrance hallway for the reception desk (it's on the 1rst floor) and which elevator of the two in building to take to get to the reception more directly to avoid a few steps with luggage.

The room and bathroom felt very modern and clean and was a great size. Staff were fantastic and really helpful. Location was perfect - only 10mins walk from the Colosseum on one side and the Trevi fountain and old town on the other side. The hotel offered free experiences such as walking tours and sunset drinks.

The kitchenette was missing some basic items to make it usable, for example, there was no dishcloth or dish soap. We asked for our room not to be cleaned, but when we returned our towels had been swapped and (strangely) a new painting placed in our room. Not the worst thing to happen - just a little odd!

Good place. 15min walk from Termini station and 10min walk till Viktor Emanuel II monument and all the others main attractions places not so far. Room small, but enough to spend 1-2nights. Breakfast is for additional price, but if you are not want to order it, you will get for free juice and piece of cake - nice🥰 Hotel is in old house, so it gives some alkalinity. Elevator is old and attractive🥰

In the room was the packs of tea, cups, but there was no kettle to boil water🫣
