The hotel is located conveniently at the Via Tiburtina, allowing quick access by car. Parking is available and next to the hotel but shared with the restaurant nearby, so in the evening, it might be hard to find a parking spot. Out room was spacious with a clean modernized decor and a balcony; the TV was so small you probably needed a magnifying glass but we didn't come to watch TV. Breakfast was a good variety and served until 10.30, allowing us to sleep in. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The restaurant nearby was good although if you don't want to eat pizza every day, the selection in the area is slim. I suggest driving to the next town over for dinner; we ate very well at the Cucineria Duca Re in Guidonia for example.

Wifi was slow and choppy but unfortunately that is the case almost everywhere in Italy. Having a car is a must since public transport so far out is unreliable. I advice using the nearby motorway to drive to the Giardinetti or Anagnina Metro stations and take the metro from there (if it's running)

The staff is so professional, and we liked the breakfast. The room is what we expected, spacious and so clean!

A little bit noise from other guests we guessed. They talked so loud in the aisle in front of our room at night and early in the morning. But overall, it was perfect

Clean, good room, nice staff, reasonable breakfast and available until relatively late. Has a restaurant.

The manager was extremely helpful the staff took care of our needs breakfast great ,everything clean and squared away. Compared to many other places I wish I had stayed there longer ,very nice 👍 JH

Rooms large and airy,

Location on the side of the large road was very noisy with windows open and hit with windows closed. AC was not operating. Couldn't turn on fridge. No hair dryer. No kettle/tea facilities. Bar didn't serve draught beer

The convenience to where I needed to travel to. Breakfast was great and the staff very friendly and efficient.

No wardrobe to hang clothes or tea/coffee facilities
