It was very clean and comfortable.

The check in process was terrible. I sent e mail response with arrival time of 1. Kept receiving on line check in requiring passport picture, numbers and DOB. Didn’t want to do that. Arrived at 1 and no one there. Called number and received voicemail which then hung up. Dragged our bags across the street and had lunch hoping someone would arrive. Went back at 3 and very nice housekeeping person let us in. She had to call reception person. Not a good process if there is no one answering e mail or phones.

Close to train station, good location to city! Can walk everywhere. Beautiful clean rooms with window that can open up to view of the street. I would reccomend this hotel for sure. I loved my stay here.

The elevator is old and slow but i didnt mind it was an easy walk up the stairs.

Well off season so it I was like 80€ for an amazing location.

Great location close to the Colosseum and the city center. Friendly staff. Clean room.

The double bed was in reality two single beds put next to each other covered by double bed sheet, really uncomfortable. We got only one towel, and the next day we got lucky that we found the cleaning guy, and asked him for another. Also they were never changed during the stay.

The location was fantastic as far as the Termini Station and my walk to and from it through the neighborhood. It was easy and I felt safe as well. I have stayed in other areas around the station that didn't feel as comfortable in walking to and from in the early hours or late at night. There were nice restaurants close by, and I could get to the rest of Rome easily. The property directions were good and simple. The room itself was easy to self check in with ( I arrived after hours later at night) and the bed was very comfortable, the room nice clean and modern with a good bathroom and amenities. A good choice if you are staying over, moving through and only have a couple days to see Rome.

Opera 58 is a wonderful small hotel at a great location. In a 15-minute walk, you are in the city center, surrounded by sights. Termini and Repubblica station are less than a 5-minute walk away. The area is nice and quiet, opposite the hotel there is a Carrefour express, which is open until 10 pm every night. There are some nice restaurants and cafes down the street. The hotel is modernly decorated, the bed is comfortable, and the cleanliness is at an enviable level. Check-in is at 2pm, however we were able to leave the luggage at the reception after 10am. The room was spacious as was the bathroom. It is cleaned every day and the staff is extremely friendly. You have our warmest recommendation for this hotel, we really enjoyed our stay.

Very good location. Nice, old but well-maintained building. Room was good as well. Good-quality floor, windows, furniture. Comfortable bed and pillows. Pretty good isolation in the room, we had no problem with noises from outside or neighbors at night. AC was working good. Pretty flexible check-in and check-out, the staff let us leave our bags after we checked out as we had a late evening flight. Nice cafes and restaurants nearby. Relatively close to Termini but located on a pretty quiet street.

We didn't have a duvet, there was just a sheet to cover and I got pretty cold during night but my partner felt well.

I had a fantastic stay! The location was ideal, just a 10-minute walk to Roma Termini, and we were able to walk everywhere from there. The online check-in made our arrival smooth, with the room key ready upon arrival. Our room was prepared an hour before the official check-in time, and they graciously allowed us to check in early, which was much appreciated. The room was spotless, and I was particularly impressed by the high-quality hair dryer. Communication with the host was easy and efficient. Highly recommended!

Accommodation is near the city centre and sightseengs. The staff was amazing! Really helpful and nice. We traveled with one year old child and they prepare a cot. We were pleasantly surprised. This was really nice and we are thankful! Even the room is too small. We could leave our bags at the reception on our last day. We appreciated it! It was helpful.

The room is too small for two people with little child. But very nice. If you lieve the room in the morning and come back in the evening, it is okay.

The property was very clean and cosy. The location was great. Only a short walk from the main tourist attractions and lots of restaurants nearby. The room was very quiet and we did not hear any of the other guests at all throughout our stay. The shower was very powerful.

The property was fantastic. The only slight downside was that it is run by a management company so you don’t meet any of the staff. It also took us a while to find on the first day (that’s our fault as we did not realise it was in the same building as Hotel Sonya). An iron would have also been good in the room.
