Great location- close to bus, metro A, Trionfale market, shops. A bit cheaper restaurants as it is not city centre. I had breakfast option included- croissant and coffee were available in cafe downstairs. Cleaning everyday. Nice service. Room on first floor but lift available if you need.

Unfortunately windows were on busy street side and the traffic was very, very loud, even with windows closed. Drivers were using horns all day and night

The property was in a great location, close to everything we needed. It was nice sitting at the table having a morning coffee with the window open and watching all the action pass by. Room was very secure to, with multiple points to get through before reaching the room so it felt safe.

The chairs were very old and almost breaking so if you leaned back on them at all they bent and almost snapped so that did take away from the comfort of sitting at the table

Everything was perfect, the room was very clean, we had everything prepared for our arrival, contact with the owner was very easy. The room was big, there was a mini wardrobe, tv, fridge, kettle and everything you could need. The bathroom was big with all the mini soaps and shower gels. Our room was nicely cleaned as well. Breakfast was small but delicious - there were options to choose from. I definitely recommend 👌

A great place with great value. The location is perfect. Metro is 5 minutes away and so is the Vatican City. The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. The staff is polite and helpful. They greeted us and showed us everything. The breakfast was nothing spectacular but it was delicious. If you want a stay near the Vatican this is the place for you!

As it’s located on a busy street it can get a bit loud but there’s not that much traffic after 10-11 pm so it’s not a big deal.

Great location, a few mins from the Metro and near lots of restaurants and shops. Clean room,with tea/coffee and a fridge, comfy bed. Great locker system once you check out if you need to leave your bag. If you have breakfast, you can get a pastry and coffee in the cafe next door which was easy enough. Finding the guesthouse can be a bit tricky...look for some big brown doors into a courtyard, then head for entrance K, in the left corner as you go in.

Can be a bit loud due to the road, but still slept fine 😊 Maybe 2 extra pillows rather than one would be good, but that's a minor!

The location was very very good. It's super close to the Vatican and has some really good restaurants around. The rooms were clean and organised. The bath water was boiling hot, very good!

The daily clean left something to desire. The floor on the bathroom were noticeable not cleaned. The breakfast given seemed more like a BnB than this advertises: it's a coffee, a glass of orange juice and one croissant.

No on-site check in. Therefore no desk personnel to ask questions. Had this been clear on the website, I would not have booked Raphael Rooms. Check in process seemed complicated but turned out to be okay. However, a cell phone was a must. Building itself was being renovated so the view outside our windows was plastic & scaffolding. Somewhat expensive in light of the short comings.

Raphael Rooms was absolutely spotlessly clean and the room and bathroom were very modern but elegant too. The bed was extremely comfy and it had the best pillows ever! Great tv as it had built in You Tube. It had a lovely little side table and chairs too. The bathroom was extremely clean and there were lots of towels available. The property was only a four minute walk from the Vatican museums and a four minute walk from the nearest metro station called Ottaviano. When I got to the property, Davide the owner explained via phone the exact location on the first floor and passcode to get in the property. He was extremely helpful regarding information about keys and breakfast. Each morning there is free hot drink and croissant at the cafe adjacent to the apartment block. It was a lovely cafe and the hot chocolate and cream croissant were delicious. Great value for money for two night stay.

The property was amazing but it is on a Main Street and so despite the double glazed windows, the traffic and noise didn’t quiet down until about midnight and then noisy from 5am. Needless to say I didn’t sleep at all for two night.

Lovely stay. Easy check in, beautiful room, clean and easy/well equipped to use facilities which we feel it has been designed with travels convenience in mind. Very welcoming staff. Simple but lovely breakfast in the morning. Great location. We stay again if we are visiting Rome again.

The scaffolding in the court yard outside of our windows. Will be a lovely view facing the court yard without it but I understand the building need to be maintained. I'm sure it will be finished soon and it will not stop me to booked the toom again in the future.

The location was perfect our tour. The style was exactly what we wanted to experience in regards to being a true “Italian-Style” apartment, complete with a beautiful courtyard and Window Shutters, and birds chirping in the morning. Oh, and a bidet!

The stairs were a little different, but can be overlooked because of the elevator. Other than that, it was perfect!
