Amazing hotel. First of all the staff were amazing smiling all the time greeting everyone paying attention to the details special thanks to Alicia you’re great thanks for everything. Also de Katrina very professional and helpful. Ahmad very kind and helpful as well. Also the staff carrying luggage and near door. For all the workers there You are the next level, bravo guys. The view from our room very nice relaxing calm. It is a smart room. Also the staff working at breakfast restaurant and roof top Alto. All are amazing. The pastry chef did excellent job every thing was delicious. Thanks for everything and sure will be back again

It was one of the best experiences and choices for this hotel. The hotel is clean, its facilities are quiet, and it is suitable for a fantastic vacation. All the staff are kind and there to serve you, especially if it is your first time visiting Rome. They help you with museum reservations, tours, and even restaurant reservations. They have many options for spending your vacation beautifully and quietly in Rome. The hotel's location was close to all the tourist attractions. My experience with them was terrific, and I will not hesitate to book this hotel if I return to Rome. I want to thank the manager Wael, and the reception staff; they helped me a lot and were very cooperative.

This hotel is beautiful and in a brilliant location, it is a short walk away from wonderful squares and places to dine and sights to see. The rooms were divine, very comfortable beds and with amazing views and no detail is missed. Steffano and Katarina on the front desk were absolutely lovely, nothing was too much trouble from the moment we arrived. All of the staff were great and attentive, the doorman greeted us with helpful assistance and a friendly smile each time we saw him. The experience felt luxurious and easy throughout. The cocktail bar is also very special, and has views of the city. Not a bad word to say about this hotel - we would very highly recommend this hotel if you are ever looking for a place in Rome!

We were offered complimentary drinks on their beautiful rooftop, which offers breathtaking city views and a perfect romantic setting. On our final morning, we were treated to a delicious breakfast that made saying goodbye even harder! A special thank you to Wael, Ahmad, and Stephano for their outstanding hospitality. This hotel was exceptional in every way. Right from the start, the speedy and helpful communication before hand, advice on restaurants and tours, to complimentary drink on arrival. The Studio room literally took my breath away and arriving at night, the view was insane. The attention to detail, the comfort of the bed and don’t get me started on the pillows wow. It was like sleeping on a cloud. The staff went over and beyond and were so friendly. The location was perfect, with all the attractions and restaurants within short walking distance. There was nothing that I could fault them on and that’s very rare for me. Absolutely worth every penny. I am definitely coming back and staying longer.

We had a magnificent stay the the First Musica Hotel. The hotel exceeded our expectations and we were very satisfied throughout our stay. The staff at the front desk were very accomodating, helpful and they made our stay very personalised. The rooms were spacious, light, clean and modern. The housekeeping was very tidy. I would encourage anyone considering staying at this hotel to book a stay at the First Musica. You won't regret it! I will be back again. The hotel is def a 5* It meets the 5star std. It is clean, has all the bells & whistles of a 5*. It is gold with classic golden finishes all around - really classic. Marble bathroom. Fancy toiletories. Brand new towels. Coffee machine with pods. Milk in a jar. Prosseco or other drinks on arrival are such a special touch. Biscuits in room on arrival & a personal welcome note frm management is cherry on top. Friendly staff & accommodating in things like booking shuttles for you & always ready to help....

Rooms are tiny. I suppose all of Rome has space problems. No pool as well cos of space.... Hotel room looks into neighbors windows, no lining to hide you. That would work instead of closing the whole curtain which adds to darkness in an already tiny room. Breakfast is nice, but very limited. Could be improved with things like fruit yoghurts, muffins etc. No gym, but they have sister gym 10min away...

From the moment I checked in, they went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and cared for. The level of personalized service they provided was unparalleled - it felt like I was the only guest in the entire hotel, and they made sure every moment of my stay was perfect. To top it all off, on the morning of my birthday, I was surprised with a bottle of Prosecco and a delicious little cake as a thoughtful gesture from the hotel. My experience in The First Musica was great. Very professional staff with great attitude. The suit was beautiful and comfortable. We really liked it. The location of the hotel is excellent. Every tourist attraction is within a walking distance, which made our stay even more comfortable. I asked for special arrangement and preparation. I was communicating with Wael before my arrival, and he and the rest of the staff did not disappoint. Everything was prepared as we wanted. I recommend staying here.

1) Price during new year was very expensive. 2) When I wanted to leave, I asked for hangers for my clothes that I could take with me to my car. However, to my surprise, they did not have any hangers that I could take with me outside the hotel. The staff were helpful and asked me if I am willing to give them the cost of hangers, and they will arrange to buy it from a nearby store, and that what happened. However, with the price of the stay, I expected that they could provide such request without the hassle.
