A lovely place to stay when in Rome. The location is great: central but quiet, and the view from the top floor is beautiful. It's an easy walking distance from everything in Rome and the tram line is 2 minutes away. I had to work remotely while there and I was very cosy with kettle, fridge and multiple shops within easy access. The room was very comfortable and very clean and Oxana was absolutely lovely. Edo was very helpful, arranging transport from and to the airport and making sure I had all the information needed when I arrived, quite late, to get into the building and find my room. I definitely recommend Top Floor Trastevere is you are going to spend a few days in Rome.

Friendly host Eduardo and super friendly Oksana. Nice room with very comfortable bed. Trastvere is a very good central and rather quiet part of Rome and considered the food hun of Rome. Staying there is a treat. The good points greatly outweigh the small points of attention. We really a great stay!

Appartment building looks a bit scruffy and the elevator could be better/newer. Sound proofing is quite good for the street noise but sound proofing for neighbouring rooms is poor. Breakfast is rather limited, however sufficient to get the day started and especially nicely provided by Oksana.

It was a B&B , an apartment right in the middle of Trastevere. Excellent location for all purposes – for food, groceries, shopping, taxis, trains etc. Edo was friendly and supportive right from the beginning.. he guided me with detailed Audio and Video notes on how to check in and access the room, since we arrived late night. Oksana was a darling 😊… she was so friendly and helping us out of the way in everything. We still miss her. Since we were 2 adults and a Kid, with four pieces of big luggage, occassionally we felt the room could have been bigger. Parking is Public parking in front of the hotel. Overall, value for money guaranteed.

We spent four nights at top floor trastevere and it was a great location for us. The view from the little balcony was lovely and we sat out there to enjoy some food and drinks and take in the view. The room also had a little fridge which was handy as it meant we could keep some cool water there to enjoy during the Roman heat. Edoardo was a great host who took the time to talk through the local sites and made some great food recommendations. The taxi bay was nearby and the walk to the train was only about 20 minutes and for us that was good considering all the yummy food. The restaurants and nightlife of Trastevere were just around the corner and it was great the hotel had an elevator for our bigs. Oksana was absolutely fabulous and she really made sure we had everything we needed during our stay.

The gate to the hotel building was a little bit dodgy but this was flagged with us on arrival and so we were able to navigate using it.

The host is impressively responsive, ensuring a seamless beginning to your stay. A mere short flight of stairs in the building leads to the lift, which swiftly transports you to the level of the hotel. This convenience is a notable plus. Speaking of location, the hotel is an excellent one. It's strategically positioned, allowing easy access to nearby attractions. Moreover, you'll find a plethora of dining options in close proximity, making mealtime decisions a breeze. One highlight worth mentioning is the host's initiative to provide valuable restaurant recommendations. They truly enhance the overall experience, ensuring you savor the culinary delights in Trastevere. The staff's friendliness and helpfulness deserve praise as well. When we sought directions, they were more than willing to assist, enhancing our overall sense of comfort and hospitality. In summary, this hotel's host is responsive, the location is excellent, dining options abound, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. It's a choice that elevates your stay and makes exploring the area a delight.

We were in Rome for a couple of days, if you arrive by plane you can take a direct train to Trastevere station and then you walk 15-20 min and you are at the address. It's super easy because it's one main street, you can't go wrong. We could have also taken the bus from the train station but we don't mind walking :-). The apartment/hotel/B&B is small but comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is good because close to public transport, restaurants, and within walking distance of to some of the main historical places. The street is a busy street but just behind you will be in the heart of Trastevere which has the vibe of a cute old town.

Our room was just in front of the entrance door so it was a little bit annoying, especially in the evening, when people rang the doorbell. Maybe if the bell had a less loud and more pleasant sound it would have been better.

We had a beautiful room, little terrace overlooking the Main Street . Bed was comfy, great shower and towels. A little breakfast room where Oxana prepared amazing coffees and treats. She is wonderful and so helpful. This place is centrally located. IL Suppli around corner as well as Nannarellas and Tonnerellas. Most historical sites are a quick taxi ride or a 15 min walk. Thank you

The room was clean and had everything you could need. The staff were super friendly, accommodating and breakfast was just what you needed. A great coffee to start the day 🤩! The communication from Edoardo was excellent before arrival along with some great recommendations on where to eat.

All was great, the only thing was possibly the soundproofing, we often heard other guests arriving and leaving, but it wasn't a big issue.

Our host has kept in touch with us from before arriving till leaving for home the whole time. He helped us out by city map, excellent restaurants, using city transport etc. Rooms were clean and neat, breakfast was good. As 7 familiy member travelling together this accomodation in Rome was a great choice to take. Trastevere in itself is super choice, with Eduardo, our host, became the best. 🙂
