This is my third stay at Yes Hotel located less then a 5 min walk from roma Termini, walking distance to all Romes major monuments. Rooms are clean and can be on the small side , staff are helpful and friendly, breakfast is plentiful offering a typical continental breakfast .if you're looking for a short stay in Rome I would recommend.

Sadly disappointing this time, I booked a double bed but was given a single bed , ideally the bed is for a small person as my feet hung over the end of the bed, the bed was hard and had a plastic mattress protector which stopped air circulating needlessly to say I didn't get much sleep. Even though it didn't meet all of my expectations this time I still recommend and will return.

Location was great from Termini Station and can get to all the main points of interest on foot. Room was fairly big and bathroom large. Excellent breakfast and facilities to leave luggage when checking in early.

The bin hadn't been emptied in the bathroom (wouldn't be so bad but contained sanitary items). Air conditioning unit only worked from reception - so in room couldn't switch on or off or change temperature.

Roberto Angiuoni was especially helpful and friendly. We very much appreciated being able to check in early so we did not have to find a place to store our luggage. When we needed directions and help, he went above and beyond in recommending transportation, stores, tourist sites/destinations and restaurants.

Location is great. Breakfast was plentiful. Single room was small but had everything you need.

The heat and air conditioner are controlled by a wall unit that is apparently turned on seasonally. My room was very stuffy, so I asked if they could turn on the wall unit- which they did, but it was turned on to heat and then continued to run hot air. The end result was to make it less stuffy but very hot in my room!

The location was great! It was 5 minute far away from Roma Termini, there are bunch of cafes and restaurants over the hotel and more or less 20-30min away from the main locations of Rome! We haven't had a breakfast so it was not correct to talk about that but it was about 9€ afaik! The room was a bit small to be honest but it met our expectations at least it was clean and organized.

Location couldn’t be more perfect - just 2 mins directly to Termini platforms. 24h reception, good continental breakfast (pastry was just heavenly), everything is mostly clean. You can leave your luggage after checkout.

All the spaces are very tiny and the hotel is quite worn, so you mostly pay for the location. Probably an okay fit for 1-2 nights, with their pastry being that good you won’t fit in their elevator after a longer stay!

The hotel is close to central railway station and airport shuttle bus stop. We had a quadruple room which consisted of one double , and 2 singles in an adjoining room. We had 2 bathrooms with powerful shower and toiletries provided. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The air conditioning was excellent, which was much appreciated as it was 39 degrees during our visit.

Everything was perfect

We spent the night before our early morning flight home after arriving by train. Nice hotel, location isn't in greatest part of town, but it is close to train station which is exactly what we needed. Staff was very nice and helpful even offering to make transportation arrangements if needed.

Location, its not the safest area of Rome to stay in, but if you need access to trains it cant be beat!

Location is great, staff were very helpful. The room was very clean and suited it's purpose. Overall we could not fault the hotel. Bathroom was very clean and has shower gel and soap. Bedroom was a good size again very clean and tidy.

If I was being really picky I would say the breakfast is slightly limited but there was plenty of food. The area is close to the station and the closer you walk towards the station the more homeless are around which can be a little intimidating.

The central location near to Rome's Terminal Station and associated underground plus being within 1/2 walk of most of the main attractions eg Forum, Coliseum Trevi fountain. The hotel is tasteful appointed and comfortable. throughout . Checking-in and out a pleasure. Knowledgeable staff willing to share local knowledge to ensure you enjoy the best Roman experience.

Room could have been larger.. Bar could not serve a glass of wine (we would have had to buy a bottle).
