The staff was very kind, and the dinner was delicious. The view is amazing!!!

Google Maps sent me through a narrow and frozen road. I had to call the hotel to ask for directions. The staff was great giving me better directions (main road then turn at pizzeria Miravalli) than Google Maps. I think they should put the directions in the description.

Super friendly staff, you couldn't ask for more on this front, very helpful. The facilities were generally very nice and comfortable and the hotel is situated in a stunning location. My bedroom was of a very decent size with a balcony. Really nice food in the evening at the restaurant. I enjoyed the fact that they keep the same table for your group during your entire stay.

The only downside about the bedroom is that there is no electricity if you're not in the room with the card inserted in, so you can't leave things charging whilst you're out. It had a mini fridge but it wasn't working. Breakfast could improve a bit to have more variety generally, hot food options would be amazing and better quality of bread as well as a better coffee machine. I was disappointed with the spa facilities, it looked a bit tired and it was £80 for 1hr, albeit when you book it, you have it all for yourself, but I decided not to go for it in the end. The gym facility was also very disappointed, very small and dated.

The property was in a stunning location. A beautiful chalet with roomy well proportioned rooms. Amazing balcony’s with views to die for.

It had turned very cold very quickly. We had been up in the mountains for the day and returned quite cold. The chalet itself was very cold. We asked for the hearing to be turned on. We were told it would be. It never was. The same thing happened the following night too. Again promised the heat would be turned on. People were eating in the dining room in jackets. But still no heat. Blankets were brought to our rooms. Which helped. But it would have been much better to have warm rooms.

The breakfast was simple but sufficient. We enjoyed the atmosphere in the hotel as it feels like a boutique hotel and the word Chalet suits the place very well. The staff is fantastic en very helpfull! Leonardo, the chef, gave us such great info about some walks that we could do and where to have lunch afterwards. His suggestion to eat at Agritur Broch was very much appreciated. In the evening there was also a light dinner at Giasenei itself, with a fresh saladbar and a dessert. We booked a junior suite and stayed there with our dog, the bathroom is spacious and also the room was big enough for the 3 of us. Yoda's dogcushion fitted well. We also booked an hour of private SPA which has a fine sauna & wirlpool. We enjoyed having the whole space to ourself and we felt like 'reborn' afterwards. If you are looking for a place in a briliant landscape with stunning views on the Dolomite, where the staff has a smile on their face, the atmosphere is relaxed and your dog being around is not a problem, then this is the place to go!

We actually liked everything about our stay in this somewhat secluded Chalet hotel. We do have a suggestion; it would be great to have a tea/ coffee facility in the room.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful setting. We had a lot of difficulty reaching the hotel due to a road closure and luckily we were able to message the hotel to let them know. When we arrived hours after our scheduled check in time, they had kindly kept a table for us for dinner which was very much appreciated. We stayed here at the beginning of autumn but imagine it would be stunning in winter with snow. The hotel is beautifully decorated and breakfast was extensive and tasty. Having a lift for upper rooms is a big bonus as well. The staff were wonderful and welcoming

Only a minor issue but no English speaking channels on the TV, everything else was perfect

We stayed at Chalet Giasenei for a few days to go hiking in the dolomites. The location is breathtaking - you are surrounded by mountains and there are walking trails right from the hotel. Would recommend trails ‘Val de la Moneghe’ (starting in the woods by the hotel) and ‘Santa Rica’ (starting from local village ‘Mis’) where you can find the hidden mountain church and ring the bell! The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly, we were very well looked after throughout our entire stay! We also booked the private spa which is €80 for an hour but if you book it in advance, it was €60. Perhaps a little pricey, but it was perfect after a long walk and when the storm came in! The spa gives you access to a sauna and jacuzzi in a private spa area. Breakfast had everything you needed and we ate at the hotel every night, not just for convenience but because the food was delicious! They change the menu every night (3 courses - there’s a small selection for you to choose from), use local ingredients and it costs €30pp. Their mushroom lasagne was INCREDIBLE and the best food of our Italy trip. Highly recommended and can’t wait to visit again.

A coffee maker/kettle in the room would have been a nice touch as we went on a very early walk one morning to avoid the storm and left before the bar opened; hiking on zero caffeine was tough 😅

Location (its really calm and there is nothing like shops or restaurants nearby) Fan started smoking when turned on Totally anti soundproofing walls - you hear your neighbour like you were in the same room :(( Expensive wellness

The room was very spacious with balcony overlooking the mountains. The surroundings are amazing if you want to relac and disconnect. Martina’s hospitality and willingness to help has made our stay even better. Highly recommend this hotel!

That there are no restaurants in the area to dine in the evening. Only from Friday to Sunday you can eat at Miravelli restaurant and they serve nice pizzas in the evenings. For lunch they have normal menu.

The location was excellent. Being isolated from everything and surrounded by massive peaks of the mountains. Our family room was very spacious with 3 balconies, simply described - excellent.

Couple things are worth to mention. Firstly, lets say only one person of the staff somehow understood and spoke English. Secondly, quality of food for buffet breakfast was fine, however most of the time the plates with food were totally empty. And it was almost impossible to find anyone to inform, and additionally every guest got only 1 piece of bakery - bun. Maybe I would get more if I asked, but again there was no one to ask.

Gorgeous located! This Chalet is really in the forest, no people around you! A lot of hikes start from the Chalet. Clean room with incredible view. If you want to have a rest without people, it is the best place. I’m going to visit Chalet one more time at least❤️

For breakfast were no egg and vegetables. One night we didn’t have hot water in our shower, maybe it depended on that was last day before Chalet have to close for mid seasone holiday.
