During our 12 day summer vacation everything went well. The most important thing was that we rented the two rooms that's why no other visitors were present, so we used it as private. Close by to Lidl and train station, less mosquitoes and no other sort of insects, insect net on windows, air conditioner, relatively cooler than outside, very clean beds (good smell), clean floors, well-kept bathrooms, a sophisticated microwave oven that even allow you cook omelets, vacuum cleaner, fairly enough towels and shampoo, good Internet, just a few Italian channels on an old TV.

Insect nets are old and broken, kitchen is equipped with extensive number of unusable old utensils, butterflies in the old food packages, lack of quality of pan, no coffee brewer (only espresso machine), no drinking water distillation filter on faucets, a bit further away from public beaches.

This accommodation is an apartment shared with the owner Vincenzo. He is a super friendly host and was more than helpful during our stay. He was also very accommodating when we asked to extend our stay, and provided lots of advice about the area. The location is excellent, near the Arbostella metro station which is just a short trip to Salerno centre. There is a Lidl and several nice bars, restaurants and ice cream shops only a minute walk from the apartment. Overall I would definitely recommend and would book again.

The only small issue was that it was a little hard to find as there is no sign and Google maps shows the wrong building. However, we just messaged the host and he immediately came to the complex entrance to show us the way to the apartment.

The owner was very helpful, also he can speak English. The rooms were super clean. He also provides a taxi service with very good prices. We also had breakfast for 1.5€ which consists of croissant and a coffee (lavazza machine) which was a perfect start for the morning. Totally recommended, especially if the cleaning is important for you. The room has a conditioner.

The location is bit far away from the city center, but you can easily go there by taking a bus. Except that, everything was perfect.

We had a fantastic experience staying in the room I booked with my colleague. The room was excellent, and the host was incredibly kind and conversational. He consistently ensured that everything was impeccably clean and was always ready to assist us. The bathroom was spotless, with fresh and neatly ironed towels provided. Moreover, the room featured a lovely balcony that added an extra touch to our stay. I truly enjoyed our time there and highly recommend it to others looking for a great place to stay.

We stayed for a week in this nice and cozy place. The owner was a really friendly and helpful person, that gave us many suggestions about places around and provided us with everything we needed. The room was simple but clean, with a comfortable bed and A/C. The shared areas were fully equipped and available to use almost all the time.

Clean and spacious room, comfortable bed. Lovely Cafe across the road and pizzeria next door. Very close to the metro stop.

Scaffolding around the balcony was disappointing which while not the hosts fault, I feel should be advertised as it's part of what you pay extra for. At times privacy felt low with rules like "no food to be consumed in the bedrooms" and a small kitchen meant you didn't have much of your own space to relax with dinner.

We had access to the kitchen, which was was very nice, and a private bathroom. Best part of the stay was interacting with the host. He was quite thoughtful, helpful (even taught us to make coffee) and very interesting.

Thought the location was a little closer to the city but it was close enough by train to not be a problem. Our host also offered to drive us to different locations.

Very unusual experience, a little bit strange at the begining as this was our first time to be in a shared facility, but it showed to be okay at the end. Good location and very clean appartement. The host is very helpful and one of the few Italians that speak English. If we take into account the price, this appartement is definetly good value for the money

The cleanest room ever seen. Very Kind and Helpful owner. Cosy bed and very good lights in the room. Super bathroom which has literally everything. Close to Main FlixBus and other bus stops and railway stops.

Nice and clean room with a cute little balcony. The host is very social and is Happy to recommend good restaurants and other places of interest nearby. Comfy bed and good AC!
