Lovely villa, fantastic location with beautiful views. Free parking. Great breakfast. Quiet pool, with views over the rolling countryside. Large room and bathroom with a jacuzzi bath. Pretty much heaven! It is in the middle of nowhere, which was perfect for us. There is nowhere to eat , but Narni is a few KM's away, short drive and a beautiful village with plenty of restaurants.

The place is surrounded by great views and nature. Facilities are basic but clean and useful, the staff was welcoming although they are not speaking English

Breakfast was basic, based mostly on dry / sweet food. I would add eggs, tomatoes, and creamy cheese to make it better. Also, it was cold at night with no warm blanket or anyone to ask for one (no contact information)

The upper apartment accessibility is a bit complicated regardless of the size of the bags. in addition if you are tall (1.90) the shower height is challenging

The location was great, quiet and with great views of the surrounding hills. Nice outside area with old olive trees, pool, comfortable outside area where you can have breakfast or dinner and relax. Inside dining area a bit small but good enough. Breakfast area well stocked with good selection both for adults and kids. We liked that you could make yourself a cup of tea or coffee on arrival, well stocked fridge with water and drinks.

We stayed in two different rooms on two different occasions. The first room is their biggest and it was great, apart from the fact that you had to climb up a spiral staircase enclosed in a very small space that made it difficult to carry baggage up and down. Once you are in, it's fine. The second room was great and even had a jacuzzi. Both rooms big and airy, lots of light and comfy beds.

Bright, clean and comfortable accommodation with a decent breakfast supplied in the morning. Courteous and obliging host who tries hard to make one feel at home.

Somewhat challenging to find the property if arriving late on a dark night - the lack of clear signage at a critical fork in the road leads to considerable confusion.

Beautiful family owned property, stunning views over Umbria. Great sunset spot. Hosts were very friendly and helpful, English speaking and made our stay very comfortable. Delicious breakfast and lovely well maintained pool. Car parking.

William is an exceptional host. He's friendly, helpful and honest. He waited up for us to arrive at 4am, helped us with our luggage and checked us in. The next day, we woke up to paradise. Agriturismo l'Avviatore is a farm in every sense of the word. It's located on a quiet hill away from the village, but at a walking distance. The views from our bedroom, bathroom and the entire house were stunning. The gardens, gorgeous! It's not far from the highway and it's very easy to get to (by car). We had restful nights and woke to the sound of a cock crowing and birds singing downstairs. The level of cleanliness is extremely high. Breakfast was great. They accommodated all my needs. William and his family are lovely people. We really enjoyed staying with them and miss them and the farm already.

Very nice property on top of hill with a refreshing pool. The host is an acrobatic pilot this the name. Everything was clean and comfortable. It is on top of a hill so you have to go up pretty high to get there.

I liked the setting very much. Nice pool with views of the countryside. Good breakfast. 3 dogs and a cat are a bonus😄

Beautiful B&B in the hills nearby the highway going to South Italy. very rural area, and the roads were small, but even at night it was an easy drive. very cozy!
