the location is very good, all the restaurants and commerce very close, the cleanness and the space it was comfortable for my family

the space for the parking, also you have to make a booking for the parking space, but I did not know, for this reason I had to find another place for my car

Great location - in the heart of the city, close to the sea and the historical old town la Pigna. Very nice staff. The room was comfortable and better than in the pictures. We had view to the street - the main shopping and entertainment boulevard next to theater Ariston - but it was quiet inside, the windows shut the sound out well. The bed was comfortable, the AC/heating worked well. Very bright and fresh bathroom with large shower. The water stream was not super strong but really quite ok. The breakfast was typical for Southern Europe - no vegetables or warm food, many kinds of sweet pastry, some cereals, milk & yoghurt, one toast and generic cooked ham plus generic fermented cheese. The lady in the breakfast hall didn't speak English, but she was very kind and we managed to communicate anyway.

Great little hotel right in the centre of San Remo and only 50m from the coastal cycle path

House keeping was a bit hit and miss, room has a kettle but no coffee or cups supplied, no glasses in the room, only two plastic cups which were not replaced each day, even the loiret paper was not replaced when the room was made up, such little things would make this hotel perfect

The room was spacious and modern. The AC worked well. The breakfast was good, with various cold and warm dishes. The shopping street is under the windows, but it's quiet when the windows are closed. Lots of restaurants within a few minutes walk.

No hooks in the bathroom. No place to dry swimming suites and towels.

A view things were broken, i.e. the shower and some parts in the toilet floor.

Exactly in the center of San Remo at the start of the pedestrian zone. Parking available at hotel (needs reservation) or very close under the square (both paid).

Some dude was "concerting" in the square until 1am.

Excellent location. Moden clean rooms. Staff were very nice. Excellent location for shopping.

Parking was expensive, but considering the location it was understandable. About 24 euro per day.

Location was great, next to the Ariston theater and pedestrian shopping street. 10 minutes from the beach by walking and also 10-15 minutes from the train station. Breakfast was served on the nice terrace, staff was very nice and friendly.

The internet was a bit slow, needs improvement.

excellent location, helpful friendly staff. clean rooms. very kind to hold onto our luggage. would recommend and visit here again.

Nothing - the only thing that would have helped would have been instructions on how to adjust shutters and milk and stirrers for coffee and kettle. But just minor points really
