The property is fine and very very good for the money I spent. Breakfast was very good being included in the price. The grounds are great but about that later.

Location if fine really BUT the problem is when arriving late evening as I did, the signing and instructions were not good. This was not only my experience at least another two guests said the same thing and they arrived in the morning in full light. I followed the sign rooms with breakfast and got to two gates and pins did not work or else I was too tired to figure out. Since the houses look similar, they should simply be numbered with the clear numbers as you arrive. There was no way I could figure out that the house I needed was behind this massive hedge in the distance.

The rooms are very cozy, spacious and well equipped with tv, fridge and AC. Property is surrounded by nature, nice view and has a nice village around (driving around 10 min)

Toilet shower leaking and they are aware of it as many previously bad reviews. Few light bulbs are burnt in the rooms. Breakfast it is a plus, but not many varieties of savoury, mainly sweets and pastries. Good quality but it is more for snack in the morning.

We very much enjoyed staying at La Quercia. It was comfortable, spacious and quiet. We liked having an area outside to sit and the facilities were well-cared for. The breakfast was amazing and we looked forward to that each day we stayed there. La Quercia is a great option if you want to stay outside the city. We would stay here again if we return to Bologna.

It took a little while to work out how to use the gates and keys, but once this was resolved we had no problems.

Nice big room, huge garden, very nice breakfast. Quiet location with views of some vineyards on rolling hills. Can imagine it's perfect for long summer nights and being outside a lot. Feels quite romantic, though while we were there, it seems suited to family groups too.

Nothing on their part, very good place to stay! We booked last minute and didn't encounter the online ID check in system before, it works well but it takes a little time. So don't be like us, do it ahead of time! Got sorted though and the host was very responsive.

Every thing was excellent, nice quiet location, nice view , modern and specious room, staff was very friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast was very good and fresh. highly recomended.

I did not gave my 10 % review because of 2 things, one , I feel that the breakfast need to be a little bit more in the amount, for example if you go a little bit late for breakfast you cannot find everything (need to do food top ups), and the other thing is that we stays 3 nights there, no one has came to at least empty the bins or change towels etc...

The breakfast was very good. The room was very spacious and clean. Beautiful location. I was appreciative of being able to check in late.

There were issues with the shower temperature and pressure. It would be warm and then get really hot or really cold and lost water pressure. The water also leaked out from the shower all over the floor. Should be a seal to keep it from spraying outside of the shower.

Amazing neighborhood full of greenery, with private gated property. Perfect for people who want to live their dreams away from the city, exactly what I was looking for. Very clean and cozy. Rich any yummy breakfast. Nice and very helpful staff. A car is a must here, if you want to spend sometimes in the down town, the property is almost 15 min away from the center.

The air condition was not effective, or more unites are needed in each room.

Very nice villa located near Bologna (we had a car so had no issues accessing it but need to check if accessible by public transport). Located in a pretty authentic neighborhood with some other villas in a similar style, very Italian! Very nice yard to have morning coffee in a warmer period. View from the window is magnificent! Easy check-in, they have an online check-in platform but the landlady has also reached us on WhatsApp what made check-in process smooth and nice. The room has everything you need, large bed, TV, huge wardrobe with extra pillows and blankets, safe, bathroom with large mirror and bathtub. Towels, water and shower gel were provided. We loved this villa the most of all the other locations during our trip.

The towels were clean but you could see they have been used a lot - the fringes were undone

The apartment is located on a beautiful farm with stunning views of the surrounding hills. Our rooms were comfortable and clean and the breakfast was delicious!

I would have like it if there were some chopping boards in the kitchen ; ) Also, a pool would have been fantastic!

The building and its interior design is a really nice combination of old traditions and modern lifestyle. There is enough room for parking behind the closed gate. The host suggested a nice, familial restaurant for dinner, visited mostly by local people. The atmosphere was fascinating. Breakfast was surprisingly abundant and manifold.
