Kids disco at 21:30 is very late

Location is great, but you need a car to get anywhere. Pool is beautiful with a main pool and a water park, swim hats are mandatory and available for purchase via reception. Plenty of sunbeds/umbrellas. Kiosk for drinks, snacks, etc. Playground for little kids. We booked 2 apartments as details advised 1 x double + 1 x single bed. So not enough for family of 4. Found out upon arrival 1 x double bed + 2 single beds. So, we could've had just one apartment. Apartment has sofa bed, little kitchen, fridge/freezer, little garden and parking space.

I guess the main challenge there is the restaurant for dinner. Some evenings good service. Other evenings borderline chaos. One of our evenings there ended up receiving the side order 1 hour after ordering. Then 1.5hrs after ordering our main courses turned up. And they weren't complicated. Pasta dishes. After this chaos, we ate outside. And there seems to be a challenge with whether you need to reserve a table or not. Recommendation for these guys, training needed.

A very nice place to relax and enjoy peace and tranquility . Nice walks around the village. The dog camp and the dog pool ( although at this time of the year there wasn't any water in it) Very friendly stuff

There was not a single tree in my fenced in dog garden. Without a car or motorbike I wouldn't recommend it. And in summer, when it is full of people, I wouldn't like it. The houses are very close together

Well located place, easy to reach and 10 min away from the beach by vehicle. Nice place to stay with your family but only thing staff who are working there need to be more flexible with the people. Specially when they talk with the customers. What I experienced over there wasn’t the best, Reception Girls who I met on 22nd July to 24th July weren’t best to work there. Although when you are working in front you should behave your self and need to maintain your way of speaking to customers. Management have to look at that behavior. (Swimming pool staff , one of the best I have met).

Overall facilities were excellent, pleasant pool and leisure areas, friendly restaurant and bar. Chalet was ideal for my purposes. Location of property was remote but accessable and convenient for excursions.

Access to parking driveway at the chalet was a little difficult. Nothing within walking / cycling distance apart from a nearby hilltop vineyard with visitor centre.

We travel with 8year olg and 11month, we have a big villa. Big space for all we need. We was wash our clouthes and prepare diner. Breakfast was included. Pool is not very big, but good, we loved. My boy loved sparkle park. And go a little ride with car and arround there are very beautiful vinary Moris

That we need to pay extra money for towels an linen. Look forward just include it in your price.

Good size accommodation, great pool, friendly staff

The tennis court was very disappointing. Uneven surface, like a car park with a tennis court markings. The Animation music was too loud

size of apartments was good, everything was clear, staff was very friendly.

kitchen area could be better equipped: there was no kettle, there was no pair of scissors, there was no salt/pepper. Off season was fine. However, we were lucky that there was a big soccer camp staying there as well because otherwise I don't think the think the restaurant would have been open at all....

Superb accommodation, the villa we had was huge with enough room to sleep 10 and 4 of us, very nice plot overlooking the country side, good facilities although we went at the start of the season so they were still preparing things, the market on site was closed so a short drive into Folonica to stock up wasn't a problem, we only used it as a stop over from Rome to Pisa but would happily stay longer, nice pool and the restaurant was well serviced

Beautiful location. Great for families and caters for our 4 legged friends too. The pool and all the facilities were spotlessly clean. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend to everyone
