A fresh and stylish hotel in a perfect location in the harbour, with planty of good restaurants along the harbour. Quite a climb up to the town, with a short-cut half way by taking the elevator to the 5th floor. The staff were very nice and helpful. The room (104) was spacious. Free parking outside or on the dock. A short drive to some nice beaches. Next time I would choose a different room a bit higher up, and I would defenitely stay there again.

The terrace had very linited view (not like in the pictures) and there were some fans/engines going every 30 minutes or so that kind of ruined the experience of a quiet morning out there

New hotel on harbor front, with large bedroom & bathroom, fluffy towels & excellent bed linens. We were just overnighting, so chose the standard room, only drawback no windows. The more expensive rooms have a balcony & harbor view. An elevator rides to 5th floor entrance in town, after that there are 4 flights of steps to reach center. We did not have breakfast, just went to Charlie's Bar next door for sandwich & cappuccino. We had seafood dinner in harbor a restaurant..unfortunately not great.

The staff were a tad impersonal, unusual for Sicily & the hotel, although new & modern lacked any vibe or atmosphere.

Modern, stylish, comfortable. Wonderful bed, big shower..... Location is fantastic. Right by the harbour at the ground floor and easy access to town ( which is all the way up the cliff, from the fifth floor. My GPS took me around a circle for almost an hour before I called the hotel and they told me to put destination as Restaurant porto San Paolo, and that was it.

They make this very clear during the booking that the less expensive rooms have no window, they even send you a message of such after booking and offer an upgrade at additional charge. Having said that, I think it would be very hard to spend more than one night in those rooms, particularly if one intends or have to spend much time inside

Breakfast was hearty with eggs bacon, cold meats, cheese, bread, cakes, fresh fruit, yoghurt, fruit juices , coffee, tea ,, toast . More than enough for uk and continental appetites.

A minor complaint was that the bed frame corners were sharp and not covered by the mattress. Something to beware of to avoid banging your shins but easily rectified by putting pillows in the corners.

We loved the beautiful view. The property was beautiful inside and out nice, clean and everything worked. The bed was very comfortable with a thick mattress and nice clean sheets and comforter. The breakfast was incredible,  everything from the country eggs, thick bacon fresh breads,  various cereals, cheeses, beautiful fruits , and desserts coffee and tea. the best we had on the island.  Parking was very convenient. Ricky Plaia, had a great sense of humor, and was knowledgeable and very very helpful! All the employees were very nice and accommodating which we did not see from other facilities. THANK YOU

Super clean room with an excellent shower. The wifi was also excellent. Friendly receptionist who showed me where to park. The hotel has a rear exit to get to a load of steps up to the town, which was convenient.

The view from the room was poor - overlooking a wall at the rear of the hotel! The room was next to the rear exit, so you hear the door open and close from people returning that way. The price was too high for the room.

The bed was amazing. We had a free upgrade, too. The room was big, hot water, great heating, great water pressure. Everything regarding the hotel was very good. The lady at the reception was extremely warm and helpful. Location is ideal. You do not really need a car. Parking was available in front of the hotel. Use the hotel name to find them in Google. It's way more than accurate than with the address.

Personal and rooms were great. Communication was fluid. We got the room WITHOUT sea view and for one night is tolerable, but since it doesn't have any natural light at all, I would not recommend it for a longer stay. I think overall it could have been better designed in terms of layout so there is not such a difference between rooms looking to the sea and the ones without.

Getting there by car was quite a challenge, and it didn't really feel safe to leave the car on the street when we arrived, although nothing happened, the ambiance is not the best outside.

Imposible choosing what was best and what I liked most — Lorenzo, the owner, even helped us unload and load up our suitcases from the car. The room was impeccable, everything was new and shiny clean, and the hotel had everything you can need. The rooms are also incredibly big and the bathroom is huge with big brand new fluffy towels.

Nothing to say here! We had a problem with our rental car and Lorenzo and Andrea (reception) saved us. They helped us talk to the customer service, helped jump start the car up again, brought it in for us, and even fought on our behalf to have the rental company fix it sooner. Even without all that, the stay was exceptional. We have been travelling italy for two weeks and this is the third year we've travelled around this country and it was the prettiest hotel we've stayed at. Then they went out of the way to be kind and helpful and lovely to us. The place is excellent and the people are also excellent. This is the best hotel you will stay at in Italy, I promise you.

Spotlessly clean, fresh, modern and spacious room. Lovely view of port area. The staff were so friendly and super helpful, right from check-in to check-out. Good breakfast with lots of choice. Convenient free overnight street parking just next to hotel. Elevator for ease of access. Easy drive to Valley of the Temples at Agrigento.

Room was hot as we could not lower the air conditioning temperature.
