The location is great for those who is going shopping (10 min on foot to Outlet). Very comfortable to have a parking place in front of your door. The room is spacious and clean. The breakfast is sufficient and rather delicious. Very nice territory and quiet place.

The bed is extremely hard, so the body starts aching( Unfortunately any soundproof is absent, and we can clearly hear all the details of our neighbour's bathroom life, the tubes sing very loudly.

We really enjoyed our stay at Serravalle Golf hotel. The staff were so kind and nice- our flight was delayed and we arrived very late in the night. We tried to find some working gas station to get something to eat but nothing was working. The lady at the reception made us a package with some snacks. The other day they borrowed us umbrella and gave us a discount card for the outlet. They also tried to help us with an issue we had with the self service gas station where we put money but couldn’t refill the car. We were amused by the golf ball soap in the room, it was so sweet and we think that small details are the key. The breakfast was really good, with a nice coffee which is a rare thing in hotels.

The pillows were very low for me but they put extra in the wardrobe so I used two and it was not that bad.

Location close to the huge Serravalle Outlet, albeit the outlet is overwhelming but of interest only for selected goods. Very friendly reception lady with good recommendations. Listen to her advice about security risks at the outlet. Very quiet location. Good breakfast. Very special and excellent non-tourist restaurant nearby in walking distance (Il Baracchino).

The assistance provided prior arrival n during the stay by the staff, especially Christine who was very helpful and assisted us in a lot of arrangements. It was very impressive and appreciated as I was travelling with young kids (10 years n 06 years)

The options for dining are a bit less . They only provide breakfast.

My experience at the hotel was wonderful! The reception was outstanding, and the rooms featured a simple yet comfortable rustic decor. Sitting outside amidst nature and listening to the birdsong was especially relaxing. The room was very comfortable, and the breakfast had everything you could wish for. I highly recommend it!

Amazing location, close to the outlet and highway. Very confortable as you park infront of the room. The beds are huge (too bad there is a gap between mattresses) and bathrooms great size too! Staff is very friendly and changed our towels even we didn’t put them on the floor which we appreciated. Definitely best place to stay in this area!

Could be more cosy if beds had a duvet as is starting to be chilly at night and extra cousin’s.

I liked breakfast,the room which was spacious and the location because it is close to Serravalle outlet.

At night it is very dark to reach the reception of the hotel because there is not enough light.

Amazing hotel and very well maintained! Very responsive staff, communication via WhatsApp possible for late check in. I was positively surprised by this hotel as we booked it last minute

We liked this hotel. Location, staff, rooms was excellent. In room was bathroom accessories, slippers. We stayed in 9 hotels in last 9 days and service like here was not in hotels more expensive than the golf hotel. We recommend this place.

We all loved the quiteness and comfort of the place. It was great to have a pool and a huge medow, the chez-longs and open back-yards. We also appreciated the connected rooms, which added a sense of discovery for kids.
