The place is located in a wonderful small town. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable. The kitchenette was ok. You can use the swimming pool and gym at the resort for free, but it's a pity that the pool is only open until 8 p.m. - but it wasn't a problem for us, because we spent the whole day in the mountains and on trips.

We had a room on the ground floor - there was a light feeling of dampness in the bathroom.

The structure is located just on the outskirts of Tesero, near the main ski areas of Val di Fiemme; as such it enjoys most of the advantages of Cavalese, avoiding the latter’s traffic and crowding. The apartment was good, larger than expected, clean, well-supplied with anything we might need, and with an amazing view on the mountains. The staff was kind and readily available. Parking lots reserved for the structure are found both in front and in the rear of it.

Private parking was quite crowded at evening, and we had often to park our car at a little more distance from the residence (5 minutes walk, free parking). Also, there is no lift to the upper floors of the residence so if you have some weight to carry or had some problems on your own (accident), getting to your room could be unpractical.

Good value for money

Not to complain, we enjoyed the stay. Ski room access the cellar was not accessible comfortably. The ski boots heaters/dryers would be a nice investment. I am sure all guests would appreciate it. Also a kitchen could be better equipped. We missed a dishwasher

It was my third time in this residence during the winter holiday. First, very satisfactory price, so You can not expect luxuries, just a simple flat with equipped kitchen and a bathroom. It's pretty enough when You've arrived for the skiing. Good spa. When You're bit of luck, You have fantastic view to the valley. To sum up, if You're looking for the place to have skiing and You don't want to spent plenty of money and You don't need luxuries it's a place for You. The only inconvenience is the parking but i'm talking rather about guests who just foolishly leave their cars so next morning sometimes it's very tricky to leave the parking.

Excellent sauna, including steam. Swimming pool. Close access to all ski arenas. Spacious apartment. Ski depot. Comfortable beds. 2 wardrobes. Balcony. Window shields.

Tight parking. No ski shoes dryer. Compulsory swimming caps. Insufficient kitchen equipment. No oven. Thin toilette paper.

The facilites are nice. There is a pool, saunda, game room, etc.

Apartment is too small for 5 people. There is no normal table to sit and it does not fit 5 people. The kitchen could be more equipped. There is no cutting board for example.

Very nice place for a shorter stay, the staff is super friendly and helpful. We got a lot of information about region. The village next to is cute. The apartment was super clean and neat.

The apartment was nice and clean. Not fancy but we had everything we needed. The stuff were helpful. The locations was great and it felt like a good value for the price.

The parking wasn't so comfortable

I've been in this residence for the second time. The room was big enough for two persons with one double bed, actually i was travelling alone. The bathroom with the spacious shower and the large wall heater (it's important concerning to the skiing). The kitchen equipment was rather poor, but it was everything what might be needed, although i couldn't find the scissors. The location is ideal for ski in the Ski Center Latemar and Alpe Cermis (by car, by SkiBus). The distance to the Alpe Lusia is ca. 25 minutes by car and 35 to San Pellegrino.

A very nice family hotel. The rooms are big enough for a family with two kids. The swimming pool , the sauna and the playing room for the kids are fantastic. There is also a big parking where you can easily park. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help you. I recommend it.
