The room was spacious and very clean, with a large, comfortable bed. The accommodation is located in the heart of the old town, which made exploring incredibly convenient. Breakfast included a nice variety of foods. One thing to note is that eating in the room is not allowed, though I’m sure the owner has a good reason for this. It wasn’t an issue for me since I didn’t plan to eat in the room anyway. However, the walls are quite thin, and you may hear noises from neighboring rooms. If you’re a light sleeper, this could be a drawback. Overall, a good stay..

The room was really big and wooden, very beautiful. We liked it very much. The room has a good equipment, we didn't miss anything. The brakfast was really nice, made with love and you can feel that the host gives a really huge efford to run this bed&breakfast hotel. The owner was very kind and helpful, always available for questions and tips. And what we really need to mention: The host was very ubcomplicated. The hotel itself was in the very old town. There are several restaurants around and as well some shops. It's close to Bernina Express (ca. 15 mins to walk). Alltogether we can highly recommend this B&B hotel for everyone visiting Tirano. We will certainly come back! Thanks to the host!

We arrived in the evening and the host greeted us with our room keys and walked us to our rooms to show us around. She was so kind and helpful! The room was spacious and incredibly clean. The location is great - close to the train station and a number of restaurants. We only had one night there and had to leave early in the morning but everyone in our group commented that they wished we could have stayed longer. The beds were also very comfy and no issues with hot water for the shower.

A cute apartment within the old town area across the river. The spotless room was huge beyond our expectation. Although within a traditional building, there was lift to the room level so it was easy for those with luggage. The host was an energentic young lady who was kind to pass us super glue for the sole of our shoes which came off. The place offered much warmth (both in terms of the room and the host) given we arrived after walking in the rain from the train station. We also enjoyed the simple breakfast. The croissant with filling were superb and we loved the yogurt that came in different favour.

After a trip from Chur on the Bernina Express, this hotel was the perfect choice for an overnight stay. The staff, in particular the young lady at reception, made check in quick and easy, yet she also was available to help me with my arrangements for the following day. The hotel is situated near the river in the historic old town. The room was very clean and attractive, with air con and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious, fresh and plentiful. I would welcome an opportunity to return and recommend the B & B highly to other travellers.

The room and setting were so unique and different but in a great way. Such a unique old building but with modern facilities. Elena contacted me the day before my stay and offered an early check in which meant I could offload bags and get settled in and then go exploring. She was so helpful and welcoming. Excellent value for money and hard to describe the building but almost medieval but modern at the same time. Personally I thought it was a lovely experience and so different. When I looked out my window down onto the streets it felt like going back in time but was beautiful.

Excellent location right in the heart of centro storico easy walk to station, Bernina Express and restaurants supermarkets etc. Great hosts excellent breakfast and personalised welcome by very friendly staff. Elevator to upper floors was a bonus or heavy luggage. Shout out to Fabio the Tirano taxi driver who assisted us on arrival and departure even though location near station our luggage was heavy and his assistance was welcomed. Thankyou also to Elena who welcomed us to the property and looked after us.

It’s a lovely B&B with nice rooms, spacious and clean. Comfortable beds although a bit short for Dutchies :). Bathroom was luxurious and clean, great water pressure. Hostess was very kind and accommodating, offered for us to leave the luggage for a few hours and helped us with a video for the self check-in. Great service, great location (few minutes walk from the train station and supermarket and plenty nice restaurants very close by) and overall a wonderful stay!

The curtains on one side of the room did not stop as much light as we’re used to at home, so it did not get really dark at night.

situated in a lovely building in the old center of Tirano. The rooms are very spacious and loved the wooden finishing. Airconditioning made it very easy to keep it comfortable. Breakfast was great too. All in all - a very nice, comfortable stay and very authentic feel.

We are very happy about our stay at the Antica Residenza and have little more to ask for. The only thing that might have been a bit better was the quality of the mattress. It wasn't bad but compared to the comfort and quality of the residenza, we felt it could have bin a bit better.

My one night stay was perfect. Took the Bernina Express train from Switzerland and stopped here for one night before heading to Florence. Location is about 10 minutes from train station(walkable)and the room was fabulous. Very clean, great shower and comfortable bed. The room was decorated simply yet had everything I needed for a great night sleep. Breakfast was made with love and check in was simple. Beautiful area with a great hike to see the town from a birds eye view.
