A luxurious and beautiful hotel. Great location, easy parking, courtyard restaurant was delicious, spacious clean bathroom, rooftop bar had nice views, staff were all so helpful. The rooms are clean and quite new. It also happened to be the only room on our whole trip that had a mini fridge. Easy walk to the city center and loads of restaurants nearby. Low cost+ easy parking right across the street and several bus routes nearby as well. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting.

The only thing we would change is the rooms being cooler. There was AC but they were capped and it didn’t seem to always keep up.

The location is the most perfect as it could be. Couple minutes (walking) to the beach, local transport, port, train & bus station. Many many restaurants around, great gelato (La Cremolosa) just under the building. Opposite of the hotel there's a park with trees (and small playground), where you can chill out if it's too hot. Also the AST bus from the aiport should have a stop somewhere around. I'd also mention breakfast, choices all kinds, very quality food and perfect coffee of course. They have also Fronte Villa restaurant connected and open from early morning the whole day. This is a very addictive place to stay at :)

The swimming pool is not heated, but this is more FYI. This was beginning of May, bit chilly outside, so not perfect for swimming. However, if the weather gets warmer, this can be a really good refreshment ;)

Location- a 2 minute walk from the city beach and a brisk 8 -10 minute walk from the port. Just at the edge of the old city, a 2 minute walk from the train and bus station. Excellent location for all purposes. The property is pretty, the breakfast with a wide array of Italian pastries, eggs scrambled and fried , cheese and cold cuts all of excellent standard and taste. Alexandra at the morning service was attentive to everyone’s needs with superb and quiet efficiency. She is an asset to the hotel as is Monica at the front desk who also needs a special shout out. She helped us plan our trip with providing us with transport, eating places and weather details. Thank you! Domestic services were also good.

The only helpful suggestion I can make is that perhaps renew the complimentary drinking water in the room each day. One can refill the bottles though at the front desk from the jar of water kept to greet the guests.

Overall had a great experience at Room of Andrea. I stayed there as a wedding guest and first time visitor to Trapani and found it to be a great home base. The room was clean and spacious with AC that, while not freezing, got the room cool enough for me to be comfortable despite the very high heat and humidity outside. The breakfast was solid; rooftop pool area was small but well-appointed; and for those renting a car, there is a large lot just half a block away. There were also a bunch of restaurants either directly nextdoor or a short walk away, if you are in need of a quick meal, and the old town was about a 10 minute walk away. Wifi was strong throughout the hotel, enabling me to work from there. My particular room (119) was wonderfully quiet - it faced the inner courtyard. The best part was the staff - the front desk seemed manned 24/7, and they were able to help me with a range of asks, including a desperate call I made from a port-side bus stop after missing my airport transport; they sent me a taxi very quickly while I was in a pinch.

The new town location isn't terribly charming. Guests who stayed in the part of the hotel facing the piazza had issues with noise due to a summer concert series; if you are a light sleeper, you may want to request an interior-facing room like I had.

I upgraded to the suite for my boyfriend's birthday and it was amazing. It was really great value for the money, staying in a huge historical room with original decorations. It was so fun, we loved it. Also I ordered a surprise cake through the hotel for my boyfriends birthday and they executed the delivery and cake perfectly. We also loved the buffet breakfast in the mornings.

Parking for our car rental was a little tough. They suggested getting an app to pay for parking at the nearby public parking but it wouldn't work with my USA phone number. So we had to get coins to pay the meters everyday. But that was easy enough.

Rooms were large and clean with a comfortable bed. Despite being on a large street it was really quiet. Great location and parking (on a Sunday evening in October) was really easy. Good air conditioning. Splash pool looked cute- but not really for swimming.

The smell of air freshener was a bit overwhelming although it is hard to keep a seaside hotel smelling fresh. They ran out of eggs (fresh scrambled and fried) for breakfast about 60- 45 minutes before breakfast was scheduled to end and never refilled the serving dishes. My husband started with pastry and missed out on them.

The hotel was quiet yet very central to the old part of town and to shopping. We needed a retreat and the Andrea Hotel absolutely fit the bill. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the beds were extremely comfortable and the breakfast was the best out of all the places we stayed over 3 weeks in Sicily. We liked the variety of foods- the fresh fruit and excellent coffee and lovely setting looking out to the courtyard. What made it especially enjoyable was the young person who waited on us and managed breakfast singlehandedly while being completely unflappable, personable and professional.

We stayed for 4 days and asked the cleaners and the front desk not to change our sheets and to only replace towels that we left on the floor as we come from a place that is suffering drought and we take water conservation seriously. These requests were ignored. And to that point we were shocked that drinking water is not available to locals, tourists or anyone, anywhere in Sicily - everyone gets drinking water from plastic water bottles. Plastic that cannot be recycled and are clogging our seas and causing environment chaos.

The staff were excellent, especially Monica at the Reception desk was friendly, caring and knowledgeable about the area. Breakfast was extensive and delicious. The room was perfect with aircon and a lovely shower. I'm a light sleeper and often struggle anywhere that's not at home, but here I slept like a baby! The rooftop pool was amazing as well - the view is incredible. Location-wise, the hotel is in the middle of everything. We would come back to Trapani just to stay at this hotel! As a side note, we were informed at arrival that there would be a power cut two days later due to maintenance works by an energy company. My partner and I really appreciated the way the hotel managed this; giving us advanced notice so we could plan our morning and they even offered complimentary drinks from the minibar after to apologise for the inconvenience! I appreciate this must have been frustrating for them as no one wants that for their guests, but they were so gracious and professional about it despite it being something that was completely out of their control.

A beautiful hotel with a lovely courtyard in the middle, very ornate details. Very clean, lovely room. Fantastic breakfast and friendly helpful staff. Excellent location, within walking distance of beaches and loads of amazing bars and restaurants.

The only thing to note for travellers is that there were no tea or coffee making facilities in our room. It didn’t spoil our stay at all as we had gorgeous coffees at breakfast and we were out and about in the day time. The room and bathroom were lovely.

The hotel is ina lovely old and renovated hotel with some rooms lavishly furnished and others more modern. The staff especially ? Provided us with most help we had in all of Sicily. She gave great restaurant recommendations and locales to visit. The rooms were clean and bed was comfortable and some rooms more quiet than others. We had two room: one was close to the rooftop music while the other was set apart. Loved the rooftop pool and bar and views of the city. The location was good and within walking distance to the beach and coastline. The breakfast buffet was large and fresh. I would stay here again!
