It was a perfect stay. The apartment was spacious for a family of 4. We had two bedrooms, a kitchen and a couch/tv area. The decor is rustic but with contemporary touches. Many unique lamps and art pieces and yet it was also so homey. The beds were so comfortable and the showers hot. We enjoyed the spa area that had two saunas, foot baths, and a quiet room. The warm hosts really made the experience. They gave us tips on things to do in the area. The best part was the excellent breakfasts and dinners! The breakfasts were breads, meats, cheeses and a selection of yogurts and other items. The 5 course dinners were delicious and served with warmth and conversation. Truly a great experience!

We had an amazing stay at Residence Adler with our family for our ski trip! Everything was perfect—from the warm and welcoming family who runs the place to the exceptional food. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, making us feel right at home. The location is fantastic, with the ski bus conveniently stopping right at the front door, making access to the slopes super easy. The meals were absolutely delicious, adding to the overall wonderful experience. We can only highly recommend Residence Adler and would love to return in the future!

The whole experience was amazing. The town was so beautiful. Villa Adler was exceptional. The facilities were 2nd to none. The family/staff were warm and welcoming. A truly wonderful vacation spot. We will return.

The staff was friendly, the food was absolutely delicious and the rooms are very nicely furnished.

The WiFi in the room could be a little better.

I was there for a skiing holiday. The guesthouse is very well located, the ski bus stop is right at the door. It is very clean, and the food is very good and diverse. We met there the kindest hosts, who did everything to make us feel good.

I liked everything

Our room was beautiful, we took the 2 floor room with the sauna. Rooms were very spacious and beautifully designed. Super clean and comfy. We didn't use the sauna on the balcony as it could only reach 45 degrees after an hour. We also didn't need it as there is a sauna and a hamam in the building. The star was the open rooftop pool with mountain views. Just great to relax after a full day of skiing. Breakfast was really good. I had communicated my intolerances and they respected them, so many thanks and respect for that. We also had a dinner there and they made a special menu for me. Dinner was great. Paolo is very friendly and made us feel welcome.

We didn't know the room sauna is just warm and not hot. The ski lift to enter Kronplatz is 14min walk away, from the page I understood it will be 7min.

Very comfortable, clean, and cosy. A.perfect place to have as base to explore this wonderful part of the world! Breathtaking views!

Wellness part and swimming pool were great and we used them every day during our stay. The staff was very friendly and we felt welcome, also we got good advice of weather forecasts and places to go nearby. The village itself is very charming and everything is in walking distance.

The space for outer clothing in the rooms is a bit limited. I was wondering how the guests with ski clothes and shoes can manage there. We had motor bike clothing and could fit them in without any problems, but winter clothes take more space. I do not know or asked whether hotel has extra storage available in that sense.

Our stay was a blast, but if I had to pick a "Wade" (get it, like a quirky downside?), it would be the skibus. It must have been on Italian time because it had this laid-back, "I'll get there when I get there" attitude. Waiting for it became a daily game of "Is today the day the skibus decides to show up on time?" Maybe it was just soaking up that Italian temperament, taking things slow and enjoying the scenic route – who knows? It added a touch of suspense to our snowy adventures, though!

Charming family hotel in the centre of San Vigilio , where you can really feel like a friend, not only one of hundreds guests. Owners and stuff were always smiling and really friendly and helped us to plan our day and recommended trips and places worth seeing. The room was big enough, clean,parking right in front of the window. But the thing that amazed us the most was defnitely the quality of meals, which were home made and well prepared, served with smile and with interesting facts about the region we have been. The best pasta I've ever had! :) We also liked same table according whole trip and great breakfast. Thank you for everything.
