The hotel is located in a nice renovated palazzo conveniently located in the old center. Restaurants, etc. are all nearby. The room was under the roof surprisingly large. Everything was clean.

The breakfast was at a cafe nearby. It was just cafe, soft drink and a croissant. A bit more would have been nice.

It is a beautiful building in a very pleasant and convenient location. Everything sparkling clean. A comfortable armchair in the room if you wanted to relax without lying down. Breakfast in the café downstairs was Italian style with good coffee and juice and absolutely fresh pastries. The bathroom toiletries were good quality as well as planet-friendly. The decor of the room was tastefully done to make the most of the ancient character of the building without being stuffy & old-fashioned. To get up to the rooms, which are on the top floor, you have a choice of a spectacular modern spiral staircase, or a secure lift at the side entrance. Take note that the secure boxes for the room key cards are tucked behind the open front door - it took us a bit of trotting between entrances to spot these, despite the helpful photos on the instruction email!

It is a little impersonal as normally no reception, although the lady who was present in the morning was pleasant, as were the housekeeping staff. For me, the bed was a bit too firm, but my husband found his mattress perfectly comfortable.

In the end of a New Year's Eve getaway with my girlfriend i decided to book this place for the last night in Italy. They were very responsive and i got good news that they now have manned reception which is different from the usual self check-in that they seemed to have before. The location was great (Bonus: right outside the door is Trattoria Caprese which was amazing and was a nice cherry on top for the last night spent in Treviso), there was somewhat of a view (we had a corner room facing the river) where i was able to snap a sweet picture and i have to say that the receptionist we had who i swear, looks like a carbon copy of Five from The Umbrella Academy TV show, was super helpful and attentive.

A better breakfast option would be nice, but hey - it was something :)

The location was good with a pleasant view from the window. The room's interior was thoughtfully designed and quite unique, adding a charming and interesting touch to the stay

The self-check-in process was a bit challenging, especially when arriving by car. There's no designated spot to park temporarily to bring in luggage, which made moving bags to the room a bit of a hassle. Additionally, the parking area is about 7-10 minute walk from the accommodation, so plan accordingly if you have a lot to carry. Breakfast was fairly basic, consisting of coffee, fresh orange juice, and a cornetto. While it was okay, a bit more variety would have made it more enjoyable.

What a beautiful building - there is lift access to the right hand side entrance which was very handy . The building is part of the University Campus and has beautiful , well Furnished flats on the top floor with lift access . The building is stunning with a lounge area in the central area connecting the flats . It’s very quiet there so no noise from anyone else . The furnishing look expensive and authentically antique and we very impressed . There were tea and coffee facilities in the room , a small fridge / minibar and reception on the top floor for advice - manned for some of the day . We weee very impressed and would recommend . Breakfast is served in the ground floor from 7.30 in the cafe which again was beautifully decorated with high- end furniture . Just around the corner are various other restaurants for lunch / supper and it’s a few minutes into the main town shops and squares . There was parking options too.

The property was lovely and the rooms large and spacious. It has no reception as such keys had to be collected via a code. There is usually someone around during the day but not having a person and a reception might put people off. However when present the staff were lovely and very helpful Breakfast is taken in the cafe below via a voucher

The property is located in a beautiful historic building, conveniently close to the center of Treviso yet in a quieter area with less traffic. It’s easy to access both the city center and the nearby Restera riverside, a scenic walking path that connects Treviso to the Venice lagoon. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay.

I had a shower at late night (around 1 AM) and unfortunately there was no hot water. Usually not an issue for me, but it happened in December 🥶

The room was specious, clean and well-designed. Room was quiet, other guests were not heard or seen. Bathroom was also big. Nice furniture and well designed! The accommodation seemed to be very safe as you can only get in with a card (doors, elevator). Train and bus station about 800m away (10 min walk), city center and restaurants very near by. Would go back and recommend to friends!

Breakfast could have had more variety, but all in all it was okay (you get to choose between some pastry, a juice and selection of coffees, but not a buffet breakfast).

This is an excellent tourist rental with free Wi-Fi. Very well placed for arriving by bus from the airport and then walking around Treviso. Lovely rooms, comfortable beds and a great café downstairs, with outside seating, for complimentary breakfast. Great value and very pleased we chose it.

Slightly complicated entry procedure as it doesn't have a reception area but the instructions were fairly clear, sort of, and we did manage to get in, eventually. Once you know it's fine but a little daunting on arrival.

This elegant and cozy hotel is situated in a charming historical building right in the heart of town. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated in a style characteristic of the building, and exceptionally clean. Breakfast was served in the café on the ground floor, where we enjoyed aromatic coffee and delicious croissants. Every aspect of our stay was exceptional and well organized. We couldn’t be more pleased with our experience at this wonderful accommodation!
