Friendly staff, especially in restaurant. Amazing view at the sea from restaurant & our room - room had a terrace and also a balcony with view. Room cleaning was perfect everyday, the room was modernized. Direct access to the beach via stairs (5min), near historical city center. Good variety of food for breakfast, good restaurant ambient & music - staff was entertaining the whole family and child.

Some parts of the hotel were old/not maintained/broken - pool chairs & pool showers, access to the pool restroom (dangerous sewer cover, see picture), railings leading to the rooms. The pool is also too small for the hotel occupancy, and did not have any spa elements - not worthy of a 3 star hotel. Did not like that the dessert for dinner in half board was not included in price, and nobody told us - we got an unexpected high bill at the end (~100€) - never experienced this before. Only a supermarket ice cream was available for dessert. Air conditioning in the main room of our room was not working well. Hairdryer in the room was not working.

Bathroom needs full refurbishment. Dinner Menu is limited. Should be able to pay for alcohol at time of consumption or at least get a ticket that customer signs to approve expenditure.

This hotel has a beautiful outlook. The rooms are spacious. We had a fantastic view over the sea and pool. Breakfast is ample and good. Staff are excellent.

The owners need to update the bathroom. The rooms are very clean, but the shower has mould. I bought some bleach and got a lot of it off by leaving the bleach on for hours. Unfortunately the cleaners (who do an excellent job) can not leave the bleach on. It makes the bathroom feel dirty and it really isn't. The towel's are in need of changing. Again they are clean but old and look unsightly!!

absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect – situated in a prime spot with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and shops. What made it truly special, though, were the breathtaking views. The staff were attentive and welcoming, ensuring every detail was taken care of. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a memorable and serene getaway.

My ONLY complaint was the bathroom smell. But I think that is the offset of being so close to the ocean

The Location of the hotel is great - right on the headland with amazing views over the ocean. The Hotel is a little dated but was clean and comfortable. Walking distance to the centre of town for shopping and restaurants. The restaurant was good with a decent breakfast selection and the dinner included with the accommodation, although it was a set menu, turned out to be one of the nicest meals we had in Italy. Good value for money.

Location and cleanliness of this hotel is exceptional. Our room was dated and bathroom very small. We had two bedrooms which was great because we were able to put all our luggage in the other room. The view from the balcony was amazing. The best thing about the hotel was the amazing staff. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt like we were part of their family. There were hugs all around when we left. Would definitely stay again

The bathroom was in desperate need of a makeover. My daughter and her in-laws had more modern rooms so I think they are probably updating all rooms slowly.

Great location with the meals are looking over the ocean . Good selection of breakfast and good dinner.

Although our room was great the glass door meant that in order to have privacy you needed to close block out blind which then made the room completely dark during the day time. A sheer curtain or blind would remedy this situation.

The location is excellent, walking distance into town, beautiful sandy beaches, lots of beach bars and great views. The breakfast was incredible with omelettes, quiches, fried eggs, breads, jams, fruit filled croissants and the numerous cake selection. The best breakfast so far whilst travelling around Italy and Sicily. They are also dog friendly which is definitely a positive.

As others have mentioned the showers need updating but the positives of this place outweigh the shower.

Property was tired. Crumbling concrete and very dated bathroom facilities. Bath products were underwhelming. Dinner, which I found out was included in my package along with breakfast was unenjoyable

Great position, eating meal with beautiful views on the sea, swimming pool, great comunication and helpful on recepcion also in restaurant, great beds, clean room every day. Hotel is next church garden with many Lemon trees, so all around smelling beautiful on spring, way to the beach. We were very much satisfy, thank you.

We havent problems, all was more better than our idea
