The room and the hotel in general was very clean. The room was big and very nice. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very nice and attencious. I especially enjoyed the fact that there was a boiling water machine and infusions to make tea every day in the room and in the first day there was typical chocolates and "mole cola" for us to try. There is also a glassed bottle of water that you can fill in a dispenser. The hotel is very interesting being a new construction but mantaining certain caracteristics of historic interest. It has a beautiful garden.

On the first view, the location isn't ideal. But once you get used to the train system it is very easy to go arround. The exit of the train station looks sketchy but we spent 6 days there and we didn't have any problems and felt safe everytime. The station is very close to the hotel (in the end of the road) and it is just one stop until the one near the city center. The trains are very comfortable and on time. At first location looked like a disavantage but then we actually enjoyed the exoerience.

Very clean, fully air conditioned, nice staff, free parking slot, well equipped kitchen and bath room, comfortable bedrooms in the apartment.

The location is not far from the downtown, but if you use the public transport the fastest way to get there is the train,operated by Trenitalia, which is not part of the GTT daily passes, and there is no Trenitalia pass available, no family ticket etc... so the daily commuting is quite expensive for a family. There are bus lines around, but in this case it took 40-50 minutes to get to the city center.

This was a perfect choice for our trip. If you drive to Turin this is a perfect choice. Free underground secure parking onsite. Then a 3 min walk to the train station where it’s only a three minute ride into downtown (1.70 euro each way). There is also a bus stop right next door. Also, breakfast is fantastic. The croissants are to die for. And the staff is so nice! The rooms are big, beds are really comfortable, good air conditioning, black out shades, and even a refillable water bottle which you can fill at a water station with nice cold water in the hall. Had some of the best sleep we have had in a very long time here! We loved Turin overall and our stay here was part of the reason.

The hotel is good, tidy, friendly staff. On the other hand the location is not the safest for your stay.

The property doesn’t have anything to do with it, but I’ll raise awareness about the neighborhood area anyways. Our friends parked their car on the side curb next to hotel, where hotel cameras do not keep track of the dead angle, where the car was parked. Half an hour later somebody broke into their car and stole the items. If you are there, make sure to park the car at the underground parking at the hotel area. It’s free and safer. The hotel shares the premises with studios at the top floors. My suspicion is that the locals are in cahoots with the car burglars in the area.

Fine property, obtained from an ancient "cascina". Architectural details are a gem, like an amazing corridor with agricultural tools exposed. At night an old tractor next to the entrance has lights on. My room was spacious, equipped with good furniture. Bed was comfortable. No noise at all. I liked also the private parking.

The staff was not very professional. When I arrived, there was nobody at the reception desk. Check in was odd. At the check out they asked me for the city tax I had already paid at the check in.

The breakfast was very good. To be honest.

On arrival we were told if we wanted breakfast we would have to order it the night before. So once we were settled in unpacked etc. I rang reception and ordered breakfast for the following morning. The next morning in reception we were told that the receptionist the night didn't put us on the breakfast list. Even though the morning receptionist could see the call on the system. But she could not sort it for us. I was not happy. Apart from that all was good. Maybe a little expencive but good

Accommodation is excellent and very good value for money. Rooms are spacious and modern. Comfortable beds. Good size bathroom. Kettle, water and drink in room. Cafe on site was very reasonably priced. Parking in a secure car park is included. Close to train station for transport into Turin. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

It is quite a distance out of Turin, and frequency of trains reduces later in the day. If you are staying in Turin later in the evening, you will need to get a taxi back. There are plenty available.

Access in the parking, when we arrived at 2 am in the morning, the guy from reception let me in the front of the hotel to make all the formalities for 2 room people check in until he gave me access to the parking spot i told him, here are the id's now gave me access to enter in the parking, he told me to wait..and moved like a snail in this operation. UNtil he wrote all 4 people data in the computer, and payed i didn't had the access to move the car in the parking spot or room key. very disappointed about his attitude but the breakfast was good and the ladies from there with a very nice attitude

Staff was always available to help! Rooms are spacious and beds were very much to my taste. The hotel is great for those coming by car, as they have a big parking lot and are a bit further away from the city center.

Our room was on the external portion of the hotel, and because sound isolation is not good, the sounds coming from the garden and people leaving early in the morning were far from ideal.

This place is full of history, super friendly staff, comfortable beds and delicious food. We stayed for just one night and we used their underground car park and had breakfast the following morning. The beds are very comfortable and the room was very clean and quiet at night. The breakfast buffet was super varied and delicious and the coffee was outstanding. The hotel is just 30 mins away from Turin city centre which is very convenient as we had the chance to sightsee. There’s also a local restaurant attached to the hotel with proper regional food and again very friendly staff. We felt very welcomed and will definitely come back!
