My experience at this hotel in Turin was exceptional. The property was well-appointed, providing a high level of comfort with spacious, impeccably clean rooms. The location was superb, conveniently situated near the main train station, which facilitated easy travel while still being within walking distance to many key attractions. The area around the hotel felt very safe, and the neighborhood was lovely. The staff truly stood out; they were exceptionally friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They recommended fantastic restaurants and assisted us with any question or request with genuine warmth, adding to the overall experience.

All of the hotel staff were charming, friendly and very helpful organising taxi cabs and providing some essentials! The 24 hour reception service was greatly appreciated. The room was large with a balcony and view. Exceptionally comfortable bed and the shower was brilliant. Most of all we appreciated the provision of a kettle in our room for making early morning tea! While the hotel does not serve breakfast we were given discount at the local cafe which provided a good choice of items with staff that speak excellent English. A plus is that it is close to the train station, the Flixbus station and the old town. Highly recommend!

The hotel entrance is a little hard to spot and would benefit from some well located signage.

My wife and I were immediately impressed by the spaciousness of our suite of rooms and the quality of the fittings. Our sons were in the next apartment, equally satisfactory but with a different layout. The bedroom windows looked down on to the hotel's garden terrace where breakfast is held; our bathroom window gave a different but equally agreeable view. We had chosen the hotel because of its closeness to Turin's historic centre, making it possible to walk to practically everything we wanted to see. Finding that it was also close to Porta Susa railway station and other public transport factilities was an added bonus. The hotel does not have its own restaurant or bar, and we had not originally booked breakfast; but there are many good restaurants, bars, and cafes within easy walking distance, and on one day we took the hotel's buffet breakfast and found it completely satisfactory.

We had no complaints at all. Large people with large suitcases may need to consider that the otherwise excellent lift is compact.

Breakfast was basic at nearby with café coffee and croissant. The room was good with plenty of space and adequate lighting and power outlets. Location was excellent. Only 5 minutes walk to the train station and Metro line at Porta Susa train Station. Disposable slippers were much appreciated including toothbrush. Good supply of fresh clean towels.

It would have been useful to have a cloth to mop up spillages. It would also have been useful to have a knife or a scissors for cutting.

The hotel receptionists were competent and friendly. I liked the idea of giving the guests a choice of opting out of everyday room cleaning ( and a little bonus as an incentive). We liked the room decor, simple and elegant, the original wooden floor well preserved and an access to the balcony. I liked the choice of the colour palette in the room. We appreciated a spacious bathroom with a large shower and toiletries. The apartment was clean, warm and inviting with a sense of privacy.

The room turned out to be slightly too noisy with the street noise. We would have appreciated some water glasses in the room. What we found missing was a kettle in the room and tea cups, a standard in most hotels and much appreciated by the tea lovers. The kettle was provided upon request by a friendly receptionist, thank you again. From the sustainability perspective it might make more sense to have refillable shower gel/shampoo containers rather than small plastic, one-use containers.

It was very clean with comfortable beds and is near one of the train stations. There is a lift and great sound proofing on windows with quiet air con. We were offered a late check out until 12 at no extra cost.

It was bit further away from the main sights than we realised- this was probably our fault though. The breakfast room was closed and when we booked, breakfast was included- although this wasn't a huge issue, we felt the no breakfast option should have been reflected in the room price. The 10% discount in a nearby cafe wasn't enough.

Felt so comfortable at this hotel. Housed in a lovely old Italian apartment block. Great little breakfast terrace, with a wide selection on offer for breakfast. The staff were smiley, friendly and helpful. Our room was very spacious, clean and well appointed. Lovely touch of a gift of wine and chocolate from the region. Few minutes walk from Torino Porta Susa train station, so great airport connection. Walking distance to the old town and main areas. Do visit Basilica Superga, take the tram car up for the most amazing views of Torino.

Excellent location close to Porta Susa train terminal - XVIII Dicembre metro is even closer. Great for our late night arrival by train (a quick walk from the station) with 24 hour front desk. Room was huge, clean and comfortable. Quiet too. Lovely old building with lift and spiral stairs if you choose. Breakfast was well worth it, great value and lovely staff each morning. Easy walking to sights. So pleased we booked here and highly recommend.

Nothing not to like. It doesn’t have all the bells and whistles eg kettle and fridge in room but great value cool drinks available from reception.

My bed was large and comfortable. There was even a small kitchen which was unexpected. The bath amenities included shower cap, toothbrush and paste, soap and shampoo. All the staff were very nice and took their time to help me out. Even though the hotel is located on a main street and near the subway and trams, it was not noisy (my room was on the 5th floor). Actually, I liked being close to the train station, metro, buses and trams. Breakfast was fairly typical with ham, cheese, croissants, fresh fruit salad, some other salad items, hard boiled eggs, cereals, and many condiments. I recommend it.

Fantastic hotel very close to Porta Susa train station. We arrived very late after an 8 hour trip from Paris and the night staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, spotlessly clean and had an amazing shower. They weren't serving breakfast but gave us a discount voucher for the cafe next door which was also very good and reasonably priced. The morning staff were equally nice and the reception could provide good information for our stay in Turin. We will definitely be back!
