Comfortable room & bed, tea/coffee set, all neccessary amenities in the bathroom, tasty and varied brekfast with huge choice. Most of all I enjoyed the great spa area - spacious, many various saunas types (infra, finnish, steam, bio), jacuzzi, swimming pool, outside terrace with yet another wood fire finish sauna… All that with long opening hours and fair price. Impressive!

Details only: No coat hanger near the room entrance - this is common but very unpractical. If you have a damp jacket / coat, you can only put it on the chair. There wasn’t a standalone bidet in the bathroom, only a kind of bidet toilet seat that was a bit strange to operate.

We stayed here 4 nights so I made a reservation for a superior room, not the basic. To our surprise we were upgraded to a room which was supposed to be better. It was very big with a jacuzzi on a higher level, and included three rooms which were all awfull, old fashioned , looked like a brothel, not clean at all and to our most surprise with a door not locked to our neighbour room. The reception told us that they do not have other room. Only after we said that we are going to leave next if we don't get the room we made reservation for we got that room for the other 3 nights. That room was exactly what we wanted and was great in any aspect.Just one question. If you don't have free room, just inform the tourist from the beginning and do not make reservation

I liked the restaurant and the room was very nice.

What I did not like about the room was the fact that there was no room in this size category with a shower instead of a bathtub. The bathtubs had high sides. My mother has limited mobility and could not step into the tub. It would be nice to offer a room for disabled guests with some bars in the bathroom and a shower. The clerk did bring us a stool for the shower, but unfortunately my mother could not step into the tub

Easy parking, nice pool, clean room, comfy bed, awesome breakfast(really it was worth it) but most of all the staff! I happened to forget my Kindle Paperwhite there. Ms. Bascolo from the reservation and especially Mr. Toppazzini from the front desk were very helpful and prompt in organizing the return of my Kindle. It was such a seamless process. I appreciate the honesty and professionalism of the staff in this hotel. I am looking forward to staying again. Thank you!

Well situated hotel for visiting Udine. Easy to find and located just off the main road coming from the north into Udine. Loads of car parking. Comfortable rooms with good air-conditioning. Delicious buffet breakfast. Welcoming staff were very helpful. The rooms were made up each time we returned and washing was returned promptly. Check-in and check-out was easy.

Breakfast was so fresh made everyday, and the staff were so nice, helpful and polite. I couldn't get taxi from my app so I request from receptionist everytime I want to head to somewhere. And they are more than happy to give you recommendation on the town/places to visit. Thank you so much for taking care of tourist like us.

It is very slippery in the bathtub, it'd be great if there was a bath mat.

Excellent breakfast and very nice rooms, lots of parking and lots of nearby restaurants. 2 bus routes within 100m

The bed was two singles pushed together and they would often slide apart if you were in the middle

The only thing mantras in room 123 needs to be changed... was really destroyed from one part and so uncomfortable for my husband as it was on his side

The Pool and Spa are stand out. Very clean, quiet with nice long opening hours.

The hotel is a little way of town and so getting into town necessitates a taxi or bus. I had hoped to be able to walk into town, but the road the hotel is situated on is very busy.

We got breakfast only the first day as it was very expensive (9euro also for children),a lot of variations but the quality was not as expected. For fruits, they only had watermelon. The room was big but not well organised as space.
