Delicious dinners with wide variety of meals plus salad buffet. Regional products of high quality during breakfast. Perfect wellness area for adults, 3 pools with easy access and sauna for children. Very nice personnel, helpful and smiling. Bus stop in front of hotel and taxi to the slopes in the morning were comfortable.

Taxi van to the slope works only in the morning and it was often better to take bus than to wait until it comes back. The ride back to the hotel was possible only by a bus.

Reading my review from last year. Nohing changed, so here it is: · It is great family hotel with everything you need for a holiday stay while skiing in near Kronplatz area. Hotel skibus going every 10min to get you to the slopes. Very cosy rooms with a separated kids space they loved. Extremely delicious food, breakfast with wide choices, afternoon snack as a nice surprise always after the skiing with coffee and some cakes and 5-course dinner everyday with a different and tasty meals. Everytime very pleasant staff, for kids they were able to change the meals, or cook anything we ask instead of what was on the daily menu. The swiming pool area is great for kids, sometimes bit crowded, but great. Roof-top-pool brings cool views on Kronplatz and the SPA area adults only is great escape to relax for a while. We came again as last year we were very happy, which is the best review anyway.

I still think the sauna/pools could stay open longer than 20pm.

Location & friendly Staff

Can be a bit noisy in the mornings. Also we had a member off staff walk stright into our room while we where in bed early morning they never knocked first then realised we where there and scurried back out.

There is not much to change. As the hotel is pretty popular, it could get crowded in the pool over the rush hours. The spa area could stay open even after the dinner till 22:00, as it closes at 19h, or 20h for some pools.

Food is amazing. Rooms are large and comfortable. The outdoor swimming pool is wonderful. Staff are very friendly and professional

Gorgeous hotel, spotlessly clean, comfortable room, pet friendly. The staff was really attentive and detail oriented. The breakfast was excellent and dinners really good too. We really enjoyed the pools and the adult-only saunas.

Nothing, everything was good

Spacious room, slippers and bathrobe in the room, warm outside pool, 20 m from bus stop., Shuttle to Plan de Corones every 10 min,food variety, helpful personal.

We enjoyed the atmosphere and hospitality. We felt really welcome in this hotel.

We were a group of three. Unfortunately, we felt quite cramped in the dining room with its exceptional cuisine!

The staff at the reception was very helpful. The hotel had many facilities.

The bathroom was old. The rolling shutters of the windows were also old and too many. Food at restaurant was not good as expected.
