The staff was absolutely amazing. They were helpful with everything, polite and cheerful. The breakfast lady always prepared the same table for us that we appreciated very much! The room we got was stunning! We got the view over the river, very quiet room, spacious and clean. The facilities like pool, spa - clean, you can order drinks by the pool. The hotel and facilities look even nicer in real life than in pictures. For Breakfast there is plenty of choices, great coffee, croissants, very delicious homemade eggs and fruit. Breakfast with a beautiful view and sounds of the river.

Staff in their restaurant Grand Cafe San Marco was not helpful, everything was a problem, we wanted to be seated by the river but they would have to set up the table so they just said no, Not good hospitality. Also, a bit slow.

It is a very charming hotel situated in lovely place facing river and historical Borghetto. We booked the hotel as it had great reviews and very nice pictures and were not disappointed. Everything worked really well there- personnel was helpful and friendly, food was great, rooms- spacious, modern with great views, hotel area simply beautiful. We learned that hotel is actually recently renovated 13th century customs building and it is extremely successful combination of old and new- amazing renovation effort! We also tried some SPA treatments and massages were one of the best we ever had- can definitely recommend it. Also area offers a lot so it was never boring. Fantastic place to spend your time and relax. We plan to come back!

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Everything was exceptional and unique, starting from the location of the hotel which is overlooking the river Mincio and its waterfalls with the small village of Borghetto. The rooms are spacious, clean and nicely furnished, and the reception was extremely kind to offer us an upgrade into a room with a river view. Sleeping with the sound of river flowing is something that relaxes you beyond imagination. The spa & wellness is fine, and offers you a wonderful view of the river from its terrace with sunbeds. I’m still lost for words and looking forward to come back and forget about everything for a couple of days.

minor things, the spa was somewhat odd, modern, yet with an odd smell and dark. would be nice if the hotel provides info about parking upfront per message (maybe I missed it) rooms were modern but had individual flaws (one room had pigeons under the roof, the other was very dark due to small windows) paying for omlette at breakfast, fair enough but not a 4star experience

Absolutely a well maintained and beautiful hotel. The attention to detail is astounding. The room was bigger than expected, clean and amazing interior design, that blends luxury, modern and old really well. Breakfast was great, bacon was really good and tasted fresh. The selection of sweet pastries, and fruit was great. Pool area and the facilities is super nice and the location of the hotel is surreal. It’s a beautiful area with the river and near by restaurants tying the whole experience together.

The rooms were a bit dark, so a bit more light would be great. More sun beds, or not having guest tying up a bed when not in use.

The staff was extremely friendly, the rooms were very clean and comfortable, the breakfast lady is an absolute sunshine. The outdoor swimming pool is open 24/7 and the water is perfect for a night swim- they also serve drinks by the pool all night long. We defined recommend staying in this hotel!

The river by the hotel can be a little loud, but the rooms are well sound proofed so you can still get a good nights sleep, you just have to close the windows if your room is on the river side.

Location is superb. Right in the heart of Borghetto on the bank of the river. Hotel is sheer comfort and style. Beds are very large and comfortable. Staff were great. Breakfast was super. It is an ideal hotel for a few days relaxing in the spa or in the garden. They organised bike hire for us which is easy and you can stick to cycle paths along the river.

Only thing l didn’t like were the paper cups in the bedrooms. For such a luxurious hotel l would have expected a proper cup. But it is a tiny thing.

Gorgeous Italian countryside property with raw concrete finishes inside and exposed wooden beams. Beautiful setting overlooking the river with sun beds and tables for light meals and cocktails. Pool was perfect for swimming laps and the junior suite was spacious to stay even for a week! Spa had a steam room, sauna, plunge pool and herbal teas in the relaxation lounge. Spa treatments were reasonable priced as well. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Delicious breakfast buffet selection of fresh fruits and vegetables for making your own juice in the morning, scrambled or boiled eggs, bacon, cakes and croissants and other à la carte selections (charged separately) even including caviar, fried eggs, oatmeal, omelettes made to order.

Parking was about a 4min walk across the town and bridge hence if bringing suitcases, best to drop them off at the hotel entrance first by car before attempting to walk through the town with the luggages. This could have been communicated better prior to arrival. Good thing we called earlier to check. Pillows were too soft.

This hotel is just gorgeous. Positioned on the rivers edge it is just magical staying here. Very comfy bed, rooms, lovely staff, breakfast was pretty good. The location is just superb and looks like a fairytale village. Great food and good vibes. I would definitely stay here again

The Hotel the staff was most amazing my husbent and I would have gave a 5 star review if it was'nt for Claudia 😔😠at the reception, a big desapointment !!! . She would not even lift her head up in the morning to say hello or if she did lift her head no smile no hello none the less she woulded help in anyway for any questions we had. We would attempt to take the back stairs just to dodge her, so we woul'nt see her un friendly presence. She alone takes at less half a star away to our review! She does'nt belone amongs the amazing staff of the Corte Regia ! And she does'nt seem to want to be there anyway!
